We truly adore our shed that we call it our little German cottage. It has a lot a storage space to offer. It is a well built strong shed. Everyone at Tuff shed was very helpful.

We can't say enough positive things about our Tuff Shed experience. From sales to completing the building, we had a wonderful experience. Jason wasn't a typical salesperson. Instead he consulted with us, making sure that we thought through options so we got the shed we wanted. He answered all of our questions, giving us plenty of time. The building team was excellent. You could tell that they have built many of these sheds and had it down to a science, and they didn't mind that we watched the entire process. They were very nice and respectful of us and our property. They said it would be finished within four hours and it was! They cleaned up, leaving no debris behind. The online contract and payment process was convenient and easy. We highly recommend Tuff Shed.

I have had my Tuff Shed for over a decade now. The shed is still in great shape. I recently stopped by the store because I had an issue with the door handle, and Jason Evans ensured to thoroughly resolve the problem to my satisfaction. If you need a shed, then this place is worth it.

We previously bought a Tuff Shed using Jason Evans. He was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable in what met our family's' needs. He did not try to upsell us at all beyond what he truly believed we needed according to our budget.
The installers accidentally forgot to install one vent and provided us with the wrong ramps at first, but came back within 3 weeks to make everything right. Great company and qualify infrastructure!

I could not be more pleased with my sales experience with Jason E. at Tuff Shed Louisville. As soon as I walked into their office, Jason greeted me, made me feel welcome, and then we got down to business. Once Jason understood how I would use the shed, we went for a walk outside so he could show me the sheds that might meet my needs, and he didn’t attempt to ‘oversell’. Once I decided on the size and type of shed, Jason showed me numerous options for windows, doors, shelving, etc., and he moved them around in various locations using the computer software until I got the perfect layout for my needs. Jason even offered to come to my house to help me figure out the right location and direction for placing the shed, but I told him it wasn't necessary. When I got home, I had an email from Jason with the layout of the shed, along with the prices for the specs/options I’d selected, just as we'd discussed in his office. He gave me time to think about my selections and make adjustments without being pushy and harassing. At the last minute, I ended up asking Jason to come out to the house because I was concerned about the yard not being level. Even though Jason was leaving on vacation with his Family the next day, and probably short on time, he still made time for a visit. If you need a shed, go to Tuff Shed and ask for Jason by name. He was super-personable, and he made the entire process fast, easy, and absolutely no stress.

We purchased a 10 X 12 building from salesman Jason Evans. Jason was very easy to work with. He made our requested changes very willingly so that we received every item desired with no problem or no issues. You won't go wrong when you request to work with a really nice individual in Jason Evans.
The installation team was really first class workers who put the building up in 5 hours. Their work was very satisfactory.

Had some repairs done on our existing Tuff Shed and very pleased with the outcome. The contractor (Logan) was very friendly, professional and did a great job on the project. Would highly recommend Tuff Shed for your storage needs.

1 year review of our Tuff Shed. We first met Joe Ritchie at the Central Kentucky home and garden show in 2023. Joe went over the options and helped my wife design a shed for her needs. Joe was engaging, and listened to her with what she was needing. He set up an install date. The workers came and did great work. Joe still checks in with us to make sure that our shed is still to our liking and to see if we need anything. He is always reachable. We saw Joe at this year's home and garden show and he remembered us (we are just not a phone number in his file). The shed still looks great after 1 year and serves us well. Would highly recommend.
