I have been at the Cav for about 6 months and I am so happy I joined! They are absolutely amazing, attentive, and motivating. They constantly push you to be better and get stronger while also helping you modify any exercise. I’m so glad I found the Cav and would recommend it to anyone!!

After my 5th visit, I can say that you feel a sense of community here. The other gym members are supportive and encouraging. The instructors take the time to encourage you or offer correction advise if the see a movement that I might need corrected.

I won 2 free weeks and then bought an unlimited membership. I love how there’s no competition. It’s an extremely supporting environment and everything can be modified. The goal is to do the best you can as opposed to working yourself so hard that you cause harm. I especially appreciate that every day is different. That is one of the reasons I’ve got the unlimited membership, because I know that every day will be a different work out.I would also tell people not to have anxiety about the cardio days. They include plenty of rest and time to catch your breath. They also remind people that the goal is to do what’s best for you and to go at your own pace. The goal is to not complete as many reps as possible so that you are completely out of breath.This has been good for my physical, emotional and mental health. I highly recommend this gym, especially after my last gym clothes during the pandemic. I look forward to working out again.

I won two free weeks and then signed up for an unlimited membership. The workouts are challenging, but always modifiable. It is a very suppoetive atmosphere and no one is filming everyone for their social media. I love that every day is a different work out. I'm thankful that the coaches instructions allow me to really focus on whether or not I'm engaged in the correct muscles.I also love how it's about pacing yourself while also challenging yourself to push further. This has been wonderful for my mental health, and I love seeing how much stronger I am compared to what I told myself for so many years.

Class sizes are small enough that trainers can focus on helping with form or questions. Trainers are friendly. Workouts are challenging but achievable.
