“This company lead by Asia and her team were by far the most exceptional movers we have had. We are a military family and often feel frustrated by the way movers handle our personal items. This company and team treated our items like their own. They cautiously packed each item with extra measures to consider how corners could be damaged etc. Other movers we have had moved so quickly we felt disoriented. This company/team packed slowly enough for us to feel like we knew what was happening but fast enough to be efficient and timely. Our inventory was impressively accurate, even taking time to resolve a numbering question on a box. They were attentive to our questions and addressed all things as they arrived.
If I could hire this team for every move I have in the future I’d do it in a heartbeat. They were exceptional - far above any movers I’ve had for 5 other military moves.”
“Decent storage place, no real issues other than communication. The first issue we had was that they broke our lock because break ins were happening although our unit was not affected they still chose to break our lock before calling and asking. Second issue is the rent of our unit doubled in price unfortunately and we were never notified. Can never reach the office by phone.”

“I started out skeptical as I have stored at 3 diffrent places and always had some sort of problem , my units have been broken into or been managed by nosey people or they have found hidden fees to charge so I didn't expect much. I now have 3 units 7 months later and I have loved it here from day one. Jennifer the property manager has been the absolute best going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken good care of. The property is neat. Kept up she works with you if you are late judgements free, all around safe and trustworthy place. I will never rent anywhere else. Kudos to finally having A safe and friendly environment to be in during your time of transistion. She should be given a raise she's a keeper!”
“Citadel is a great storage facility. Very clean and very professional, the fact that they allow you to use a moving truck a no expense other than the cost of gas is a huge benefit. Btw Pete is the man! I’ve got 4 storage units here and he has always taken great care of me.”
“It was very easy to find rates and book online. I promptly received a welcome phone call to confirm my order and was asked when I would be picking up the lock. When I arrived, I was let in to the unit and all my questions were answered. The unit was in perfect condition and the staff very friendly. The facility is very nice.”

They really are happy with the facility because of the security system and they can park right in front of their storage unit when they are there. Very reasonable rates and the staff has been great! “Clean, lit up, quiet area, spacy driving area, very nice place. It has digital entrance, cameras, storage units have lights, key locks supplied, you can even rent uhauls here and I believe it's family owned!”
