I enjoy the app and have gotten pick up before and it was great and on time. I got a text saying that it was ready so I was sitting in my pick up spot for 35min since checking in. My order was ready at the time I selected and sat there for 1.5hrs. This is frustrating because I was trying to get home and eat dinner and also get home before the weather got dangerous. Very frustrating that associates didn’t even ask if I needed something since I was sitting in a pick up lane for a long time.

Hello, really never have a issue with Sam's but seem like every time I purchase Strawberries I never get to eat them cause they go bad. I just purchased them June 23. So disappointing.

It's ridiculous that we have to wait in long lines now because most cars have the gas fill on the left so half the pumps can't be used. Brilliant on your part.
I went to buy gas and entered the pumps facing the wrong way
and the attendant said he was calling the police on me, REALLY!
You people are idiots!!!!

When you finish shopping and pay when you leave, they check your bill, which is fine, I understand. But today, Saturday, June 22, at 11:00 - 11:10there were two employees, the woman very, very poorly educated. If they treat you this badly, you won't want to come back to this Sam's. The other employee who was in the other row listened to him with a very different attitude. everyone should be like him.

Ordered a custom Batman cake for our child’s 4th birthday 9 days in advance. Showed up and it was not ready and was missing all of the Batman accessories that they “apparently ran out of”. Still had to pay for it.

Came to get ONE thing . Just wanted an ice cream . Drove all the way to Sams store just for the cafe to only have pretzels . they always do this . i usually don’t complain but i’m trying not to cry right now . if you’re not gonna have the ice cream machine ever working then don’t advertise it omg . i’m being extra a little but it’s hot & i just wanted ice cream . please do better sams club .
Update: Came to sam’s club on May 18, 2024 & they were out of stock on the brownie sundays again ? . like is there a certain time i need to go to be able to get one ?? omg . I just want an ice cream sundae ?? . trying not to cry again

What really disappointed me today was the fact that I use my app the app to check out. So theoretically I could just check out and walk out. But the fact is that the line was longer getting out the door than any place I'd ever seen at a checkout and it was moving almost as slow. I attached a photo.
Second busiest day of the week and they have one person working at the service counter with four stations open

Worst customer service ever. I purchased tires for my car at the Jeffersontown Kentucky location. They mounted the tires and provided more than one tire rotation and balancing for me as promised. I arrived for another appointment and they refused to rotate my tires. They said because they do not have the proper equipment to raise my car to rotate the tires, even though the installed them and rotated them many times before. The Sams employee said that his team lead informed him of this policy and I would have to talk to him the next day. I ended up making an appointment at the Preston Highway location and they rotated my tires no problem. Whoever is in charge at the tire center at the Sams Club in Jeffersontown needs some serious education.

I will no longer recommend or buy tires from a Sam's club. Unable to provide the free balancing without an appointment. The appointments are several days out. Additionally all bays were empty and workers refused to provide assistance.
