Yesterday I went there for first time found awesome mirror for half price then I seen the compact portable washer bought that too was very happy until I got home and plugged up my washer and the pulsator doesn't work. I didn't know about the no refund or exchange until I looked at my receipt an hour later to get phone # to call and let them know it didn't work. Just don't seem right that I never even got to use it and I don't need refund I would be just as happy another one that works. Tried calling 2 numbers and left messages on both but no response so lesson learned
