Prime storage has been the easiest and fastest experience for storage buildings that I have ever experienced I move a lot and I've had several storage facilities and this by far has been the greatest the staff are easy to work with fast and efficient

Although The office person is very nice, the roll up door on my unit was broken the entire time, and knocked me down twice. I was promised it would be fixed, but that never happened. After a few months, I requested a discount, which the customer service person said was reasonable. That never happened either! Then they increased their price (which was already higher than every other facility!) so I moved, and now pay less than half of their rate, for a larger unit!!

I stumbled on this place after the original place I went to had a sign on the door that read they were closed all day for a company meeting. I had my car already packed full of stuff ready to store.So glad I found Prime Storage, Ben was very kind and went above and beyond to assist. I love that they offer indoor climate control storage units with easy access. I highly recommend Prime Storage! ?

1. They didn't tell us we needed a psychical key to get in even tho I paid online then called the office to confirm.2. They gave me a gate code that didn't work, so they made us pay $100 more to go to another location that was 20 minutes away.3. Our lock was on the left latch and not the right latch and they said if we don't come move it an inch over than they would have to cut our lock, replace it and we'd have to pay for it. I said "fine, replace it. I'll pay" then they said "we can't cut it unless you come in and sign papers" ????4. We got our storage unit broken into.5. They raised the price almost $40 and when I emailed them to ask why they don't reply.

Price of the unit keeps going up every couple of months. It is $142 a month. Ridiculous.

Not worth the price for the space. I found a better location closer to home with an indoor unit and it was half the cost or prime storage. While I was a customer here the service was good and they worked with us and were very helpful especially when times got tight they stayed in touch and never did anything without letting us know if anything was changing when it came to cost and insurance. Thank you for all the help and patience y'all had. I just found something cheaper with same size climate control unit closer to home.
