After years of buying substandard, misrepresented, overpriced vehicles for our family of 6 — and shelling out double on the backside in repair costs and broken down engines — we finally found the help we needed! Recently we were in the market for a new Family vehicle and purchased a 2018 Honda HRV in excellent condition at a very competitive price! I feel really good about the reliability/longevity and also the fact that it came with a warranty in case anything comes up right after driving it off the lot. Tommy Neutz has got to be one of the most honest people in this business (as well as competent). You will be treated as if you were his own family member. I have a single-mom friend and he has serviced her car multiple times free of charge. He even cares enough to know that you will need a spare key for your vehicle, and has an arrangement where you can get one made included in the price of the car — I’m always telling my kids they have to MUST have a spare key lol! If you need a new car, don’t hassle and/or overpay for something you may not even be sure you’re getting. Neutz Bros will do you right!

These guys make a great first impression! Everyone who works there is very friendly and engaging. They let me test drive my car as soon as I got there and the walkthrough of purchasing the car was easier than ever. Their prices are also very reasonable. Bought a beautiful 98 Toyota Avalon from here about a year ago, pretty good price for it being clean and having very few problems. Problems that in the next few weeks were fixed for no charge, and always given time to come in when I needed something done. I’m still comfortably driving that car to this day, and Tommy Neutz has always been very helpful and very quick to send a response to any question. A very down to earth guy that just wants to do what’s best for you and also just a nice guy to have a chat with. All the staff have been very nice and quick in setting up appointments, getting fixes done, and the work is done for an incredibly good price compared to other places. Gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate everything they do here. I highly recommend it be your first place to look for your new car.

The car was sold to me with a 11 year old battery, an anti freeze leak due to one of the tubes being snaped in half and put together with tape by them or the previous owner. The alternater failed me 7 months after buying the car and I had to get it replaced, and last but not least the ignition coils and spark plugs had alot of issues, it kept reading that 3 of them were miss firing, however the dealer was nice and offered to help with the discounts. But I just didn't want to have work done by the same dealer that sold it to me like this. Now that the car has been fixed though I'm happy with it, but the car was not worth what I paid for it unfortunately, 6-9 months i had it.
However like I said the dealer did offer to fix the issues, and im sure he would have. Even now he is still offering to help fix somethings if I give him the chance so he will offer the chance to support you if you give him the chance.

I have relatively little car buying experience, and I was at a point of need for a new van (we're adding a third kid). I don't think I can rate my experience with Nuetz Brothers highly enough. Tommy Neutz was straightforward, caring, and honest. He seems to see his customers as real people with real families, and works to promote their best interests.
The best part of my experience (I bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey, by the way, which has met our needs fantastically) was not that Tommy answered my questions; it's that he answered all sorts of things I never thought to ask (about title transfers, wise financing decisions, making sure my wife's name was on the title, etc). I am grateful for the van and how accessible and communicative Tommy has been through the whole process.

Neutz came recommended to us by several friends and family. We bought a used 2013 Honda CR-V from Neutz Brothers this month. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was raining that day when we purchased the car; we found the next day some water had leaked inside the spare tire well. Right away, Neutz went the extra mile to clean everything up and fix the issue for free. Really appreciate their making things right! Great service; highly recommend them!

We purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from Neutz Brothers in December and had a fantastic experience! Tommy was so helpful, kind, and truly took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for and offered suggestions. The vehicle itself was very good mechanically, very well cleaned, and felt brand new despite being used. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Neutz Brothers in the future!

Great experience finding and buying a used SUV for our son. We had a list of a few brand vehicles to be on the lookout for and they notified us as soon as one became available. We had a list of a few items that we wanted repaired on the vehicle prior to purchasing, and they took care of them quickly and correctly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable used vehicle. They also service them there which is very convenient.
