I cannot say enough good things about May Team. My husband and I rented a home for 3 years through them. During this time they were excellent and any issue that happened (was always small) they were on it immediately. When ready to purchase a home, we used May Team and Sherree made the process so easy and quick. We will always speak great things about May Team and recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you so much May Team!

Angie Whitehouse Robin is the worst realtor we have ever had. We had to have our realtor be a mediator to get our new house built. We will never recommend Angie for anything.

I purchased a home from this group. During inspection, many repairs were needed and they offered to fix them. The repairs were done to just make it look good but I still have clogged toilets that worked great for 3 days. This is not to mention all of the other little details. If the home you’re looking at has been “remodeled,” think long and hard before making an offer. Cheap and corner-cutting galore!

Roach infested..will not give deposit back no matter what you clean fix or paint. Will be prejudice against class. Slum lord. Ceiling leaking took a week to come fix it. Rotting deck never fixed. Gutters half gone leaking on deck. Every window screen broke or window wont stay up. I do not recommend renting from this establishment.

Very unprofessional. No point of owner/realtor to put homes on the market if only was going to sell the home to other realtor's. Sucks that people carry out favors over giving the general public a chance. Didn't even have the courtesy nor decency to reply to our offer and inform us of the decision to go with someone else. (Informed would do so) Which I'm sure has to deal with the fact the deal was done behind closed doors with a friend. My family and I really looked forward to living in this home. I hope this message is actually received and read rather than treated as spam or another electronic reply. This is to Jack May & May Team Realtors

Well, that escalated quickly. My partner and I went to look at a second floor duplex apartment in St. Joseph. Sheree, who showed it to us, said the entire house had been rebuilt from "the studs." I'd seen the listing before - it's been on Zillow for 80+ days, and assumed other folks had passed it over because of some of the architectural quirks. We decided to apply. After driving to the difficult-to-find office located in the Jtown business park to drop off the application and calling Stacy (unsure of her title, just that she "does the paperwork") per her request, I heard nothing for several days. Gave Stacy a call again and found out we were approved. Made another trip to Jtown to drop off the deposit. (Office was locked both times despite it being business hours second time.) She indicated I'd need to get the move in date to them asap; I emailed it that evening.A week goes by and we hear nothing. I call again. She emails back saying the lease will be sent tomorrow. The next day came and went. After waiting a few more days, I call yet again. She says they are working on it and our move in date will "probably" be fine, but that there was no gas to the house and LGE were still "digging." She had mentioned the LGE thing when I'd called about the deposit drop but she made it seem like a minor error, like, the gas hadn't been turned on.After the call ended, I asked my partner to also call.He calls Sheree (the leasing agent? Don't know her title either) Their conversation, and then his conversation with Stacy involved them calling him a liar before hanging up. More details can be found on his Yelp review. At this point emails are getting sent back and forth with each of us copied. Due to the delays in getting info, lack of followup, and treatment towards us, then the gas issue thing (at the showing, we were told a tenant is living downstairs. If house has been available for rent for several months, how was a major gas issue not noticed? And what did the tenant have to do with the past few nights of 20F weather?), we decided to look elsewhere and asked for our deposit back. The house also had zero cable internet outlets which Sheree was apparently unaware of. Stacy told me she would sign whatever form needed for Spectrum to install one which was fine until all this move in date stuff happened and we were unsure our date would be honoured. But wait, there's more! Stacy continued to email my partner at work (copying me) despite him telling her not to and her saying she didn't want to speak with us anymore. (?) (Then stop emailing!)She proceeded to tell us we had attitude, were attacking her and Sheree, that she had talked to the current landlord "again" (my landlord say they've not spoken to anyone) and that she had decided this "was for the best." She falsely accused me of demanding a signed lease before the application was dropped off (I'd asked to see a read only due to some problematic items in my current lease). She also wrote that they do not issue leases until a week before move in and later changed that to say they only send lease a "couple days" early. The lease is all done online through docusign which is odd, considering all the other stuff requires driving to their office in Jtown and submitting all app fees ($54.95/person) and deposits in money order or cashier's check. As of writing this, we have in writing that the deposit will be mailed back tomorrow, so fingers crossed. The listing is back on Zillow. No mention is made of the gas issue nor has the listing updated to say there is no internet outlet or that the W/D are *not* in unit (hookups, yes).My hope, if you made it all the way to the end of this lengthy review (which will be cross posted) is that you steer clear of May Team. Should you need further convincing, go to the BBB site and read the response they made to another complaint. *eye roll*

The relationship started out great, before we'd paid the deposit. Both the leasing agent and ?? I don't know her role - were extremely rude. We asked to see the lease 2 weeks ago; they finally tell us today we'll get it Monday. The "leasing agent" told me on the phone she had "nothing to do with paperwork or money" and that I needed to talk to someone else. She was pretty rude; kept telling me to "hush" when I was trying to answer her question. She took the first half of my sentence as my answer and tried to address that, instead of listening and letting me finish what I was saying. This is a pattern with this organization.I tried to call the "someone else" and my partner got a call from her so I hung up. There was a sketchy excuse about the gas not being hooked up at all, which is pretty scary considering there was a tenant in the building, downstairs and it had been 26 degrees as recently as 2 nights ago.Later, the "someone else" called me, asking who I was as she got the number from caller ID. I told her who I was, expressed some concerns with how the leasing agent had treated me, and said I know my partner had already spoken to her, so we were okay to go for talking in 2 days. Instead, she tries to explain to me how I've received "several emails" from her and defend the "leasing agent". I was trying to be polite and continue the conversation, but I wanted to clarify that I had only received 1 email. She then called me a liar. Instead of taking my words as a concern, she turned it into an attack on me. She spoke over me, told me I "had an attitude" and when I tried to say "no, I'm just trying to have a--" - she then interrupted me to say "Let's take a step back; I will talk to you " .. in 2 days. And promptly hung up on me.I've since left a message asking for our deposits back, and even though it was minutes after, I've not received any calls back / emails - nothing.I had some questions during the showing weeks prior, and when they asked what I was getting at, I explained that there had been a rash of scams in the area (there had been - it was even reported in the local news) and I was just being careful. I thanked them for their answers and moved on.Now I'm wondering if they _are_ a scam.

Jack and his team are Excellent. While we were in Nashville, they Professionally managed our property for 3 years (finding good Renters, etc.) and then sold it at a premium (over $10,000 more than we thought we'd receive) in just 10 days ! Superior knowledge and services -- no need to look any further for expert Realtors in the Louisville, KY Market.
