Store associates were incredibly helpful in talking through my flooring options, things I want/needed, my budget and pulling samples to help me bring my home vision to life. It was easy to place the order over the phone after looking samples over at my property. My only wish is that you could pay the full amount over the phone for an order instead of just a deposit amount, otherwise exceptional customer service.

I would have given a 5 but the financing with Synchrony was horrible. I was approved/pending but they kept me on the phone for 45 minutes so I hung up and put it on my credit card...

Lumber Liquidators agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over claims that their bamboo flooring was defective and prone to damage. The company agreed to pay $14 million in cash and $14 million in store credit to eligible class members. The total value of the settlement was $36 million.The CDC found that exposure to formaldehyde in the laminate flooring sold by Lumber Liquidators could cause irritation and breathing problems. A 60 Minutes investigation revealed that Lumber Liquidators sold Chinese-made flooring that was contaminated with high levels of a chemical that can cause cancer. The company agreed to a government demand to test all of the flooring.In April 2020, Lumber Liquidators changed its name to LL Flooring.Rember this?

In early May 2023 my wife and I begin our project of placing wood flooring in our home. We always take time to do our diligence when seeking the right professional opinions and consultation, from the Southern Indiana, Louisville, Jefferson County areas for any of our home projects. After visiting 4 - 5 different "rated" flooring companies, we just happened to drive by the small office front at LLC Jeffersontown (J-Town) 40299. Ms. Carly, the front office representative, presented herself as a very product knowledgeable professional!!! Ms. Carly's customer service skills were outstanding!!!! After eliminating LLC's competitors from our list, we knew LLC was the company to purchase our luxury vinyl flooring from. Mr. Leo Oliveiras, "head of the installation company," who was contracted to do the job stopped by our home to do measurements and to set up a date for installation, was a proficient, confident, professional and had what we call in the US Army "a can do" attitude!!!!! Mr. Oliveiras' installation team did an outstanding job on our "LVF" literally "hands down" as Mr. Olieiras told us they would before the work started. Advice, to all looking to install flooring, take the stress and worries out of the equation, and contact LLC Flooring Jeffersontown or any of their locations nationwide. You will be elated that you made the call to LLC!!!!!

Well, it all started good until they changed installers, which is another story...we get new installer and it's just not very professional. Messes not cleaned up. Told no caulking on order he has, but its on ours. Installer puts it at joints only. Then dust left everywhere outside. Then squeaks in floor, that we asked about and were told would be addressed. Well those squeaks never were thought about. The floor is gorgeous, but the product doesn't make up for this whole poor unprofessional customer service experience.
