Never been here before. Pretty nice establishment. My only suggestion is that yall need to increase the speed of your snack bar. The workers have a REALLY hard time with your payment devices or something.

Come here on a weekday, can’t get a lane because of leagues. Come on a Sunday, they only sell lanes by the hour. Is selling lanes by the game too difficult? I just want to roll 3 games and leave.

Normally I like the place, but tried to go in on New Years Eve around 5pm and was pretty much told the only way I could bowl was if I bought their $150 package which was just two hours of bowling, a pizza and a pitcher of coke. An hour is normally $36. The place was almost half empty at the time. I guess they had a good 2023 and didn’t need my business.

I don't know how this place gets 4.4 star review. Horrible experience...First I show up and wait in "line". People working desk kept leaving so I would move to a different lane and then they would come back...happen 3 times so I ended up in line for over 15 min. Then I get up to desk and they tell me a league is coming in on one side so only other half is available and judging by her computer....(which she couldn't tell me exactly) all lanes were booked and not sure for how long. She directs me to use reservation kiosk. Against me better judgement I continued with the kiosk....$114 dollars for 8 people and shoes. Whatever, I just want to have a good time. Finish my kiosk at 4:07 and Lane starts at 4:15? Why did I even have to do the kiosk?!?! Whatever again, so we get shoes and barely find any bowling balls that don't look like a piece of chewed up gum. Hardly ANY balls with "large" finger holes....have to pretty much hover over other players leaving just to get a decent ball. I have a child with me so I was hoping to use a ramp....which none were available for the first half of the game. No biggie we made it work....then one of our lanes had a malfunction and it took 15 mins to get a "technician" to start working on it....got it running after another 5 or 10 mins.....we continued our game....then the lane goes dark. Our times up....I paid $114 dollars to be dismissed by staff, hunt for equipment like a scavenger, feel like I was bowling in an oven and only play a game and 5 frames.I know this isn't the only experience like this because just the look on everyone's face is the face of a tourist in a NY subway. Just scared, lost, and not having a good time due to having to figure out how to survive the experience. When we mentioned something about the lane maintenence issue cutting our game short they told us nothing they could do about it and poor floor employee mentioned going up front to talk to the desk (who couldn't even help me with getting the lanes in the first place) about having us move to some other lane instead of moving the people scheduled behind us. It's feels like a chaotic slaughterhouse in there.....and your the livestock. The shoes and the pizza are the ONLY reason this is place deserves getting even 1 star.

Staff was very friendly, lanes are terrible. NOT a place to practice if your a league bowler. Too much oil to the point I had to wash my hands twice. I only bowled three games. They charge by the minute for bowling. Seriously, two bowlers by the hour will run you over $70 not including shore rental. Not worth the money, not worth the hassle of getting your balls cleaned after you leave. I was really hoping this place would be better.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Employees went out of their way to make me feel at home. The snack bar is AWESOME! Clean and well maintained restrooms. Plenty of parking is available.

We had a great time bowling but once we started we realized that the staff had forgotten to turn on the bumpers for some of our group members. We were paying by the hour for our group and had to wait in line approx 10 minutes after our game started to get the bumpers turned on. The staff did not add time for having to wait which was disappointing since it was their fault. Still a nice place but I recommend verifying the bumpers are set before leaving the desk or you will end up wasting time if paying by the hour.
