If this gives you any idea as to how ridiculous the costs are, I was quoted: $47.50 for a flat repair and 75$ for an inspection. No thank you, I'd rather not be robbed

Kaiser Tire and Auto Service impressed me with their efficiency, fitting me in for a mount and balance without an appointment and quickly servicing my car. The waiting area was a comfortable bonus, offering coffee and reading materials for a pleasant experience.

I’ve used Kaiser plenty of times for my previous cars in 2020-2022 and Joe always did great on our cars. I purchased a brand new dodge charger hellcat and came to Kaiser to balance a tire that dodge wasn’t able to get done (their tire guy was off).Mid April 2023, Kaiser balanced it but it made my entire car shake vigorously at speeds over 35. I talked to Zeke over the phone and I was able to get another appt with Kaiser at the end of April for an alignment.I don’t do much highway driving but when I have over the past few months at 70mph-80 the car again would have a shake. I assumed because the shake was minimal that it was due to our awful roads in Ky. I brought it into oxmoor dodge for my annual oil change and inspection and they informed they alignment was done incorrectly that it caused my tires to wear down unevenly and aggressively fast, that they couldn’t even do an alignment and that I would have to get all new 4 tires. (Only 20k were on the previous tires)Not sure what has changed with Kaiser Auto but my car didn’t get the alignment it needed and I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a performance alignment that’s needs or what happened but dropping 2300 on new tires because of faulty alignment really sucks exp when tires were suppose to be good for another 20-25k ? (2/4 tires were shot the other 2 had wear on the inside wall)
