Still waiting for KV flooring to fix a floor that was installed Jan. of 2014. They were also to repair a piece of furniture that was chipped in the process. I have called KV several times and have heard many excuses such as: The man that installed the floors is sick, etc. The man that installed the floor came back one time and said the floor needs to be completely taken up and reinstalled. I have seen the sales representative and owner (Denny Farmer) out several times and when he sees me he turns quickly into another direction. I am not happy with flooring that is separating and coming up. In our bathroom KV's installention team was supposed to take the toilet up and lay the flooring underneath the flooring but instead the trimmed the flooring around the toilet and the flooring is coming up. The trim they installed around the flooring looks bad and they left trim molding short where carpet was taken up and a wood look floor was installed. An expensive pieces of furniture was chipped in the process and Mr. Farmer told me this would be repaired and that has not happened yet. We are a family with a special needs child that got this flooring to make our lives easier.
