Absolutely outstanding customer service! What more can I say about the Independent Agents of Kentucky than that. Robin was incredibly helpful in getting me multiple quotes and revisions done extremely quickly with the best prices!! I would recommend giving them a call if you're in need of insurance or want to shop around from your current provider.

Even after I had told Phil Barber that I was going to shop the rate that he gave me, he remained professional and helpful. That strong display of integrity definitely swayed my decision to sign with Phil for my business policies. I haven't regretted that decision. Every time I've also asked his office for additional documents, Wendy Campbell has been quick to respond with whatever I need. Thank you, folks!
