“In early May 2023 my wife and I begin our project of placing wood flooring in our home. We always take time to do our diligence when seeking the right professional opinions and consultation, from the Southern Indiana, Louisville, Jefferson County areas for any of our home projects. After visiting 4 - 5 different "rated" flooring companies, we just happened to drive by the small office front at LLC Jeffersontown (J-Town) 40299. Ms. Carly, the front office representative, presented herself as a very product knowledgeable professional!!! Ms. Carly's customer service skills were outstanding!!!! After eliminating LLC's competitors from our list, we knew LLC was the company to purchase our luxury vinyl flooring from. Mr. Leo Oliveiras, "head of the installation company," who was contracted to do the job stopped by our home to do measurements and to set up a date for installation, was a proficient, confident, professional and had what we call in the US Army "a can do" attitude!!!!! Mr. Oliveiras' installation team did an outstanding job on our "LVF" literally "hands down" as Mr. Olieiras told us they would before the work started.
