“Melissa was an awesome cashier. She made sure that she got me in and out and she also gave me small talk reassuring me that I got the perfect Valentines gift. Thank you, Melissa. Also the people stocking the shelves were hardworking and very helpful guiding people to the item that they needed.”

“Great deals, helpful and friendly staff. They have fresh flowers, (today I was able to find fresh eucalyptus leaves which I have been looking all over for). There are many vegan and gluten free options. Their meat, produce and dairy are always fresh. Some products change with the seasons while some things are year round. Right now they are promoting "everything but the bagel ' and now you can get potato chips and nuts with this seasoning. You can also look to the right of the dairy case and find soup, sandwiches, and wraps freshly prepared to eat on your way home. The day before Thanksgiving it was crowded but they were handling it smoothly. I came in on the first week of February for a few things and they've totally changed the store around. Will not totally but things are changed and you'll have to look for your favorite items. The store was packed and out of brussel sprouts. But they had everything else.”

“Great selection!! They have tons of authentic/imported goods that you can't find anywhere else. They make tons of things in house like bread, pasta, and even huge meals.”

“Love this store. I love ordering bulk from them. I just wish that they were stocked a little better. They seem to be out of quite a few items that I needed. I checked availability at three different stores, none of the three had what I needed.”

“Friendly staff, good selection of items, and they're always updating their stock—make sure to check their Facebook page to see what's new. They also have a pop-up every Sunday with good food from the vendors.”

“8/12/23; Store is clean and neat. Most items are bulk type, beneficial for large gatherings, clubs, restaurants, etc. I bought a box of 120 ready to bake sugar cookies for $19.99, had same in chocolate chip, plus smaller batches of variety cookies. Everything in there looked appealing and within cost of other stores.”

“High quality local health food. A little pricey for some thing but you get what you pay for. I'd much rather know where my food is coming from than not. Plus they're the only place I know that sells my favorite energy drink.”

“Excellent service, employees very knowledgeable on ceramic tiles an related materials they loaded our cart for us, and also loaded our car. Definitely will go back again for my home improvement items. 5-stars”

“The food is pricy but the quality is top notch! Appreciate their knowledgeable staff; everyone is always eager to help! Having said that, Whole Foods needs to watch employee drinks (see pic). Wasn't the first time I have seen employees eating/drinking behind sushi, pizza and hot bar counters. And while I know Whole Foods has robust food safety systems, there is no way any market legitimately earns five (5) straight 100% scores on unannounced health department inspections. Based on what I observed, Louisville Metro needs to probe a little deeper next inspection.”

“Good prices, music and selection. Friendly staff answer questions the best they can. Ambience to shop is good over all. I just wish they kept better track of what products they are running out of for better replenishment. Last time I couldn't find a type of pizza I always get here.”

“I live near the Aldi on S. Hurstbourne Pkwy. I head there with my grocery list and buy what is available, usually 90% of my list. I have been shopping at this Aldi for over a year now and have only been disappointed once in anything I have bought. That was a blender that I was going to use to make fruit slushies. Brought it home from the store and let it sit around the house, still in the manufacturer’s box, forgetting I even had it, for several months.Eventually II opened the box and began trying to assemble it according to the Instructions. No luck. I got it together but it wouldn’t run. Had my husband try; same result.Although I knew it was a longshot after all these months, I mentioned it to a store employee recently when I was in there shopping. Fully expected him to say that I had waited too long.I was stunned when instead, he said “As long as you have your receipt you can bring it back anytime.” That is some very fine customer service! It made me feel like I was an appreciated customer!I look at fruit and vegetables carefully at all groceries before putting them in my cart and I’ve never been disappointed at Aldi. From the meat department, I buy mostly chicken, pork, and seafood.. All if it has always been excellent. The biggest chicken breasts I have ever seen!Because it is not a huge store, Aldi simply cannot stock everything a Kroger, Meijer, or Walmart does. So I do have to follow up getting 10-15 items from one of the big grocery stores, which I order online and my husband picks up. I should mention here that you can also order and pick up at Aldi.I have not said nearly enough about how good the food items from Aldi are. I am reluctant to mention how delicious the reduced-sugar peach ice cream I bought a week ago was. And again this week. Honestly, the best I have ever had. My husband agreed. And like everything else in the store, very reasonably priced.Aldi stands out with their fresh fruit and vegetables, huge cheese selection, and baked goods. The end of year holidays are a lot of fun there, as they have many special food items imported from Germany during that time. My husband is a fan of their stollen, among other things. Please be assured you will not have to stand in line to check out any longer than necessary. Every single one of the checkout clerks moves so fast, you can barely see their hands! But like every other employee, extremely helpful and well mannered.I had no idea when Aldie first came to town that I would like it as much as I do. And I can’t tell you all all the reasons I like it in this short space. I haven’t even mentioned how great their prices are. You simply have to shop at Aldi a few times yourself and see what you think! It is a little bit different kind of store. You should it a chance!”

“Prices are great, next to how high Kroger prices are. A few things you can find cheaper at Wal-mart, but the difference is you can actually FIND these items at Priceless. If you liked Houchouns (Priceless is owned by Houchouns) & IGA stores, then you will love Priceless. I can by 3x the amount of groceries when spending same amount as other groceries. Employees are always around to help and are friendly.”

“It is a grocery store. Prices are normally a little cheaper here. I go to the one on present and outer loop. Got to be careful at the one on outer loop. Because people will come up to you your car and what money.”

“I just left Kathmandu Kitchen around the corner and was thinking about a dessert to take home when I saw this market. I saw the word bakery so we went inside to see what they had. There is a deli and International groceries, gifts and more. I enjoyed speaking with the owners from Armenia, Alik and Arina. They are so nice. My wife and friends and myself picked out some pre-packaged cookies and cake which we enjoyed back at the house. I wish I lived closer to this store, but will visit again when we dine at Kathmandu again. We come over from Jeffersonville, IN. There was a nice room in the back for private parties and a bigger room upstairs for Bigger parties. Arina told us she was preparing for a wedding coming up. It is so cool to have an International store like this in the neighborhood. The deli items looked fabulous. I may need to take some home when I get over there again. I didn't recognize any familiar items in the store. It was like being in another country. Alik gave us a sample of some peanut butter and chocolate mousse he makes. I bought a pound to take home. I'm glad he gave us a sample, else I wouldn't have known how good it was. This is a store worth checking out when you get time.”

“I am Cuban, so I like many offers of this place. The staff is very courteous. The store area is small but you can find many food options. The cafeteria is bigger than the store, but we haven't had any luck with the pizzas. At least the Hawaiian ones have practically no flavor. I suggest trying another option.”

“I love Aldi. When I need groceries and food I always find what I need. I am kinda sad they are doing away with their full service lines and going to self check out. Kinda sad to not talk to workers. The store is always clean. The aisle of shame always is interesting for sure. My Wife loves this store. I first got hooked on them when I was at WKU. Great deals and have a lot of stuff. Keep up the good work.”

“The store is absolutely beautiful! Well lit, very nicely laid out! It was difficult to get to the deli to check it out as it was MOBBED with people lined up to get deli meats or their famous deli sandwiches. Everything was so well stocked. Staff was friendly and asked if we needed help out to our car even though we only bought one thing. That's rare to get asked that around here. Speaking of what we bought....don't pass up the New York style cheesecake with whole strawberries and strawberry glaze. Was covered in sliced almonds. Was so, so good!”

“Meijers atmosphere is pleasant for grocery shopping ... fruits and veggies are almost always displayed well. Prices are better than most others and the cleanest store to shop. Meijers meat counter is usually full with nice cuts of meat to select from. All around a great store to shop”

“What a selection of great fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat. Then there's also the deli selections, fresh salads- to-go, yogurt parfaits, fresh baked goods...and...oh yes...great people to help you find what you want or what you need. If you need a plant or fresh Christmas tree, you are also at the right place. Treat yourself to a fun and functional shopping experience. " Like " to go shopping again at a friendly, easy, clean local store.”

“Came in today and everyone was lovely, got some soup noodles, fudge, dried kiwi and payaya and asked about the citrus trees, whcich the young lady watering said would be out in a few weeks. The deli staff was very attentive as soon as I walked up. I will definitely be back. The herbs they had for sale were so healthy.”

“There are two FiveStar stations in Mount Washington; this is the first one you see when driving in from Louisville, while the other is on the town's main throughway. The latter feels like it's straight out of "Deliverance," so this is the one you want. Great staff, clean quarters in and outside the store, and they always make an effort to keep prices at the pump as low as possible. I've always had a soft spot for FiveStar's food, too; the FiveStar Bold coffee will certainly wake you up and their baked goods are well worth a shot.”

“Went to the meat sale... $115.00 got 4 roasts, 12 ribeyes, 8 lbs of hamburger..90/10, baby back ribs, and pork loin, 4 lbs. I will go there every time on their meat sale.. FYI, I usually shop Walmart... FYI, their ribeyes are 12.95$ a pound... Never again..”

“It's a good place in an excellent location. Prices moderately accessible to everyone. Varied offers. The most important thing is the friendliness and the typical Mexican atmosphere. When you enter this place you change geography.”

“Always super helpful and kind. This is the only place in town I've been able to find middle eastern pickles and I buy them in bulk. If you're lucky, they're cooking and you can get Louisville's best gyro. I often swing by just for a quick sandwich.”
