Still need better lighting in the very back row where the PS1 games are. I either have to cover my eyes from the overhead lights (which do not illuminate that entire row) or I have to use my cell phone flashlight to see the games. It's been like that since you guys moved around corner.Other than that, a good place to get used games and such. Have bought many a game from this place.

Customer service horrible. And in my opinion there return policy is unjust "no refunds only store credit"

What a gem of retro gaming and gifts in our area! GameStop doesn't carry any of the retro stuff anymore and their stores seem so bare. This place is packed to the brim with new, old, and nostalgic items. They have movies, vinyl, comic books, Funko, fandom gear, televisions, and hard to find items. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are conveniently located in the large shopping center at the corner of Hurstbourne Pkwy and Taylorsville Rd, near Kroger. You can count on having help when you need it and feeling free to browse and explore without feeling rushed - this introvert's dream come true! If you are looking for used newer games, retro gaming, unique hard to find items, be sure to visit them. They buy, sell, trade, so if you need to unload old stuff, they are really fair.

My boys, 17 & 12, speak highly of this store and I visited with them. It's a blend of new and used items: posters, plushies, figures and Funko Pops, DVDs, movies, electronic games and systems, comic books, Pokeman cards and Nerf Guns. A small section of vinyl records and record machines was available. Small electronic drum sets were nearby. Other electronics behind the counter included monitors, IPads, headsets and other computer accessories. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it so much! My guys are planning to take a few items in to sell (and were given pricing beforehand so they are aware of what to expect). The staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. Game Xchange isn't obvious because it's tucked into a strip that includes several shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking available.

They are a total ripoff, if you don't like your game you bought, you only have 24 hours to exchange it. I bought a game for $18.50 a week ago, no employee told me about their exchange details, they just said I could return it if I don't like it within a week and I could exchange it for another one. I come back a week later and I'm told they wouldn't exchange it, I could only sell it to them. I got $5 back. What a waste.
