One of the employees was extremely rude and would not come out and look at a pump issue I was having. He told me to just use another pump during rush hour and proceeded to yell at me from behind the counter. He was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional! I would like to speak to the owner or corporate to resolve this issue.

Happy to take a cash payment for gas- not happy to actually give you the gas you paid for. If you object or ask for a refund there's "nothing they can do," because "the system says you pumped it." It's either incompetence or theft on the part of the rude and disinterested cashier, take your pick.

I was in the store a week ago and the cashier was rude. It was a younger light skinned black girl with piercings. She told me I couldn’t use the self check out for an adult beverage and I was fine with that, but mentioned that previously they had let me do it and scanned my id. She immediately was rude and told me to “Try my luck” and then when I told her she was being rude she tried to kick me out of the store and didn’t allow me to buy the drink at all. I was calm the entire situation and don’t understand why she snapped at me so quick. There was a line full of people in the store and if she just knew how to do her job properly she could have serviced more people without causing a scene.

The gentleman working this morning was so nice and friendly. He was extremely helpful and sweet to my three young kiddos. Don’t often get that quality of customer service and general kindheartedness these days. Thanks a lot!

Tiny ants crawling on the counter area of the soda machine. Probably all up in the nozzles too. I left after seeing that. No thanks!Also, fix your diet pepsi ratio. It does not put out the proper amount of pressure.

There's an old black lady there who will give you a really hard time. I was trying to just get ice water with my own container and she told me she was going to have to charge me I told her I had no money and she made me pour it out. I have had repeated bad experiences at this place with this same person over other Petty things. I try my best not to come here. It was probably a blessing in disguise not getting water from their fountain dispenser... I bet the ice maker has never been cleaned anyway.

There was one cashier busy with a customer and the other two just stood there conversating about another employees schedule, which was inappropriate to discuss in front of customers. I finally asked the girl if she was open and she said yes. I said "y'all standing here talking and I'm in a hurry" She proceeded to explain that her boss was talking to her. I told her it was rude and they could talk later. She really tried to stand there arguing instead of just saying "I apologize" ??♀️??♀️??♀️

Yes it is August 16th at 2:30 8:00 a.m. I pull up to get gas and get some cigarettes and other things and this gas station is closed since when does the circle k close I understand if the guys in there using the bathroom but honestly I think it's an employee sitting down in his car and I asked him if he was working here and he I think he's lying to me if a manager from the store can get ahold of me I'll greatly appreciate it
