We are so thankful for Marine Assist! We're members, and needed them over the weekend. From the phone call to the time Captain Tim got to us was less than an hour! Captain Tim was so helpful and kind. Definitely glad we have this service on Lake Cumberland!

Real pros that don't cut corners on quality and safety. If you are a Lake Cumberland Boater this is the local option with properly placed boats at the ready. Peace of mind on a vast lake where there may not be another boat to flag.

Marine Assist provides peace of mind while on the water knowing that your boat and you will be returning to your dock. I have been a member for 15 years and needed their service a few times. They have always been professional and courteous. Don has always been willing to go above and beyond and answer questions to help when needed. $95 a year is a bargain and is almost nothing in boating dollars, definitely the best boating value you can find!

These folks are fantastic. We are members and it gives us a much better feeling while on our boat knowing Marine Assist is just a phone call away if we need help. Super professional and helpful. We see them everyday we are on the water and they also work around the clock.

Best when you need help on Lake Cumberland. We have needed the help of Marine Assist many times over the years. Well worth the annual fee. We even witnessed the rescue of a wrecked jet ski recently.

This is @OVCMLKY I never needed them to rescue me. But if I do, I will definitely call they seem to get around pretty fast and have decent response times. They’re busy every weekend so I would say you’re pretty safe Making a call to them if you need them. They’re reliable and that’s hard come by nowadays tbh.

Third year member, know almost all the Captains and Don (da Boss). All our professional, great folks. Thankfully, I have not had to use the service, but it’s great to know we have it. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous as well.I love their slogan too, You Blow it they tow it.How can you go wrong with that? ?

We broke down out on Lake Cumberland and Marine Assist came out and rescued us. The response time was very reasonable, from the time that we called to the time that Captain John showed up was less than two hours. Captain John was very experienced and towed us back to the ramp and then helped us get the boat on the trailer. Great customer service. And although I hope that I don't break down again, if I do, I will definitely call Marine Assist.
