Very satisfying experience purchasing an item at this location. I was fortunate to get the item on sale which was great, then all of the staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me with the item I purchased. I’m a happy customer and will continue to do business with TSC in Jackson, Ky. Looking forward to my next interaction with the friendly staff and excellent customer service.

I was unable to find what I actually needed. But the employees were extremely helpful especially a young lady by the name of Courtney at the register.I had checked with her when I got in the store. She was extremely helpful and polite and a fan of the Red Clay Strays.

The Jackson, KY store is filled with some pretty amazing people, from store manager, Josh to Marlena Bailey. Marlena was so extremely helpful and is certainly destined to move up the ladder. She spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me, while handling other customers with ease. She made every person she dealt with feel like they were very special. Kudos, Marlena!!!!

Have been many times everyone is always really polite recently getting propane talking with a man I have spoken to many a time I learned he was the store manager I had mentioned looking for a second job and he was answering questions I had yet to answer needless to say my application is in and I am hopeful to hear back

I live 4 hours away, but visit my elderly dad at least 1 week out of every 4. I went to TSC for dad and WOW!! I LOVE this store!! They have a HUGE pet section! ? They even sell LIVE small animals like bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, and tropical fish!! I wish we had all this in our stores!

This place is easily 5 stars. The chicken lady (sorry I forgot your name) is my new favorite person, like it or not. Anyone with a knowledge and love for chickens like her has to be a good person.

Nice friendly employee, clean store. Was nice. Prices are outrageous but that's corporate. Don't shop there much due to prices.

Have a good selection of dog food and toys. I didn't like how I was treated because I had/have psoriasis on and in parts of my nose. Doctor proven, but judged by people who don't know me. That really hurt me and still does.
