Yeah their fast, and friendly. And have so much experience that when u tell them that u was paid for two Advance child tax credits but because I was only claiming one dependant this yr that's all she was saying I received payment for. Even though as I was telling her and her looking right at me and still put $1500. Now it looks like I tried to lie to IRS and had my tax refund held up and still haven't received it yet. Thanks to the tax professionals. I'll just do my own for now on.
