Very rude and hateful people working at this bank. This bank treated me horrible. They will not work with the people and they will lie to you about there policy to try and talk you in to making changes to your bank account. Then when you call back someone els will tell you I don’t know why they would tell you that. I’m very disappointed in this bank and there level of customer service. This is my 3rd bad experience with this bank. When I opened my account with them years ago I thought I found a really good bank but I’ve learned that’s not true. I don’t recommend this bank to anyone. I’ve done closed my account with this bank and I’m already very happy I did. I talked to someone els that has a account with this bank they where treated horrible because they where asking questions about there bank policies. Really if I’m going to put thousands of dollars in your bank why would act the way you do citizens bank. You lost a very big account because of your horrendous customer support.

I have dealt with alot of banks in my life and non has been as friendly and is willing to work with its bankers than Citizens of Jackson. Even though I no longer live in Jackson, I keep my account with them because of people like Stacy, who anytime I call is as sweet as can be and is super helpful!Great Bank, Great people....Other banks should learn from this level of customer support!!!!

Love this small town bank!! I switched from a larger city bank and citizens has been super helpful with it all! No issues whatsoever !!!
