Tried calling for a price on a part that I needed for a truck. I was put on hold which is understandable, but I kept loosing service, so obviously I called back a couple of times. I’m not sure who I spoke with the last time, but he was extremely rude. Even after I explained that I had lost service, he told me they were very busy & to not keep hanging up & calling back. Uncalled for. That’s just bad customer service In my opinion.

After wasting my time at NAPA in Jackson I took a chance at Car Quest. These guys are very helpful, friendly and reasonably priced unlike the other guys. I highly recommend these guys.
