My dog was sick I took him there was told he had a cold, He was given some pills to take 2 X a day. He got sicker so I took him to another Vet the same day they said he was poisoned with maybe a bad mushroom. They tried to flush it out but he passed away during the night. Will never use that clinic again!

Super nice, no frills vet. They can always get us in rather quickly and get the job done. We had an emergency and they were very understanding and explained things so I'd understand what was going on.

Very nice staff. No long waits, so far anytime I've had an appointment, that's pretty well when my cats are seen. Clean facilities and the vet was the friendliest I had ever dealt with and took her time explaining the issues my cat was facing.

Our Gizmo had a bad ear infection and was so freaked out by it, she started living under a chair. That caused a hotspot to develop on her belly. She would not come out if we were around, only to eat and use litter box, then it was right back under the chair. Fast forward to mid-September. They were gracious enough to get us an appointment quickly and got our girl some help. She is now 110% back to normal and even lays down like this to show us her belly. Thanks, Midway for taking such good care of the Gizmo kitty.

When I made the appointment, I was told that my total charge would be $20 (plus tax). I specifically asked (multiple times), "will there be any additional charges or an office visit charge". I was told, repeatedly, that there would be no additional charges other than the $20 for the booster shot. When checking in, the secretary asked if I wanted to do a "well check", to which i replied, "no". When the lady came to get my pup she informed me that I was REQUIRED to pay $32 for a "well check" whether I wanted ot or not even though I was repeatedly told that there would be no additional charges. It seems that everyone has an "angle" these days to try and get more of our money. I will definitely not be going back to Midway Vet.

My father took our shepherd mix in to be examined because her tummy was extremely swollen and hard like a melon. They took blood did an exam And told him they would contact him and let him know what they found. He asked if they were going to X-ray her tummy, they said that would be very uncomfortable for her and she would need to be sedated. They did not X ray. Several days later they called and said that our dog was diabetic and that we should come back in immediately to get started with testing and insulin. They had no conclusive testing to indicate that she was diabetic but wanted to get us started anyway. I was not comfortable with them guessing and decided that we should take her for a second opinion. When we got to the 2nd vet they immediately took an X-ray and said she had a mass in her stomach most likely was cancer. They sent us home. After sitting and watching our poor sweet baby for 3 days I decided that that was not going to happen and started to research for a vet that dealt with cancer in canine when I found blue pearl in Louisville. I took her to them they did ultrasound and determined that the mass was most likely coming from her splain it had been damaged somehow and had turned into a huge hematoma. She absolutely was not diabetic but was bleeding into this bruised spleen. What you see in the photo is her spleen with the huge bruise and it was removed and she is doing fine now. I would not take my dear pets to this vet to have their anal glands squeezed, all they wanted was expensive testing and drugs without any diagnosis

I'm not sure how they treated my pet because I wasn't allowed in the building. The vet tech was friendly. There was a male staff member who was very rude and the receptionist was slow and didn't give directions on how to administer the medications for my pet

Dr. Goff has always been there for my critters. He and the staff are very professional and kind. He is very good about explaining things to me. He has also been out to our farm for emergencies without hesitation. We love Midway!
