Unfortunately, my issue happened with a house of 15 people and during a holiday. From the time I contacted them to the time of completion, the experience was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I called, he collected as much information as possible to provide guidance before he even arrived. He arrived within two hours of calling. When he arrived, he started educating the entire time he was here. Explaining every step of the process to ensure I fully understood what he was doing and how the system works.

If your plumbing is backed up KEVCO is who you call. We have had trouble with our kitchen sink backing up and tried to fix it with Draino and other means. We’ve had other plumbers come out and say we would need to replace the whole line down to the septic. We called Kevin and he was no nonsense and very professional. Had the proper tools and knowledge, fixed the drain in about an hour. Said there was no reason to replace the drain line at all… the other guy was trying to take our money. Overall, very happy with the service and I won’t hesitate to recommend KEVCO to others dealing with plumbing issues.

I am so glad we were able to be assisted by this man. His company saved us 1,700 dollars!! Right before the holidays as well. My kitchen sink was clogged since Friday and we had other companies come out, not successful and told us we would have to go through our drywall and cut out the pipe where it’s clogged at and replace.Imagine hearing that two days before Thanksgiving and the holidays. Well we saved a huge expense and it was such a relief! Definitely thankful for your service! Happy holidays

Our home owners warranty was giving us some big problems and would not cover the cost to get our toliet repaired. We had two quotes over $1300 to fix the issue. Thankfully we had saved Kevin’s information from a previous repair he has done in the past for us. I couldn’t recommend him more as he is extremely transparent and reliable at a fraction of what the other plumbing companies were going to charge us. Thank you Kevin for a job well done! We don’t look forward to future issues but do look forward to working with you again!
