I was billed for services that we didn’t received. Our area switched providers You even apologized in an email about wrongly billing us. I tried to call you but I was caught in a loop and couldn’t anyone to help me. I removed my credit card so you could bill me again still waiting on my refund.

WM always pick up on time and the cans are placed back down on ground carefully. The website is easy to use, and the response time on phone is very good and prompt.

I feel WM provides great customer service, I appreciate that I can count on the time of day the trash, green waste and recycle are being picked up. I know it is subject to change. Also special pickups for large items is very helpful and easy to use,

Rate increases without notification or communication. Poor treatment of bins and set back location. Dropped services in inclement weather without any communication to their clients or automatic credit being applied to their bill for same missed service.

We and bought a house in Irvine. Now not only am I calling each week to say can you please get my trash it's also been 5 months since we were told we would get a can. I even offered to pick up my can. No I can't do that. I have no idea what I'm paying for. I know what I am paying for, replacement of my own garbage cans each time they do come which might be once every 2-3 weeks and trash is always overflowing. I'm also paying for a can that's non existent. So update I did get my can 5 months later. Did they pick up my trash next to it since I literally just got the can I have been waiting 5 months for? No they left the overflowing can. We don't have a leash law in Irvine so my neighbors let the dogs roam. Since they busted my can I'm constantly cleaning up that mess too. Can these guys just do the job? Once again I am editing my post. We are getting billed for 9 months in advance. We paid for our services. I am done. Go to Rumpkin. Even though we pay our bill, we get skipped, because they still think I live in a different area due to their system and even though I have my bill current my service is off and they want me to pay a fee for reinstate services I am current on. Nope. I have never asked to get reimbursed for the 5 trash cans at $80 a piece your guys destroyed when I lived in Richmond. Just go with Rumpkin MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!!!!!!!Service: Trash removal & disposal

I moved from CA where I was not allowed to choose who provided my trash service. Since moving here, I cannot express how happy I am with your service. Always on time, love the emails and the text messages and have never had to clean up around my can when it gets picked up. I am impressed with your high level of service.

You pick up my garbage, recycle and green waste (including ALL of my kitchen scraps). I have no complaints, except that my neighbor at 1 Sandalo Court ordered a green waste tote and still has not received it.
