They have now messed up the price of my prescription twice. Instead of paying the $25 I was supposed to pay I was forced to pay $60 due to the mistakes of the pharmacist. Now that it’s happened twice I’ve had to pay a total of $70 in addition to what the price was supposed to be. I don’t understand how the mistake of employees can be taken out on customers.

From the employees up front, to the employee(s) who stock the shelves to the pharmacy employees, everyone is great. I have to go there about every day almost bc I Door Dash. My keywords would be: friendly, cool people, helpful, caring & hard working. I made sure when I moved back into town a few years ago, that I made this MY pharmacy. Then, my mother & brother followed suit lol.

Only 2-3 people in the pharmacy are nice or have any customer care at all, but the rest of the staff (specifically in the pharmacy side) are very rude, dismissive, and treat you unkindly.
I'm giving 3 stars for the kind people who run the store and help when you're looking for something. They've always been friendly and fantastic.

The staff here is very professional. I have lots of medicine I have to pick up for my son. It can be a lot with the prior authorizations each month and the specific items he needs. I'm very thankful with his needs they are very helpful each month.

This review is just for the Pharmacy part of the Walgreens. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I have never in my life been to a pharmacy, who has pharmacist that are as rude as these people. There are about 3 techs who are extremely nice, but the rest of them are rude as can be. Called to check the status of a refill and she talked to me awful. Went to pick my medicine and it was 12:55 and she told me she couldn’t fill anything because it was time for them to go to lunch (1:00pm is lunch time). They just talk to everyone like they are a dopefien, or someone out to abuse their medicine and I was literally getting antibiotics.??♀️
