I ordered something and when trying to change the address I'm tikd to ask the post office but when i call the post office they refuse to change the address and they won't give me a refund.

Packages were left at wrong house. Luckily I found them. Why do I put my address on them? Who knows !

Postmaster is very helpful and understanding. Helped me find a package that had been lost for 2 weeks in Lexington and he had it at my door within 2 days. Very pleased. Staff is usually nice.
