  Get pickups every day. My regular carrier is awesome. Whoever works for her on Thursdays never scans my shipments in so I pay for tracking and don't get any on Thursday shipments. It's been addressed with my regular carrier and the postmaster and still this person fails to do their job! Not happy!!

  Moving to Independence soon and I needed help with a package that is to be shipped to my new address. Candy, the Post Master, was extremely helpful and so polite! An absolute delight for my first time dealing with the local post office. Thank you!

  Been waiting forever to get a new lock put on so we can have a key and I can get my mail. We been waiting weeks for them to change the lock on my mailbox at our condo we just moved into and 3rd week with nothing done. My mail is just sitting there. 16 pieces of mail I can't get out.
