If you're not familiar with the area, the drop off is INSIDE the Advance Auto Parts store. Go inside, go up to the counter and let them know what you need (if they haven't already sussed it out from the box you're holding). Someone will scan your package and offer to send you an email confirmation of the drop off. That's how it has worked at every one of these that I've gone to before and is exactly how it worked at this one today (12/29/2023). Just as an aside, IF they don't offer to send you an email receipt, just ask. Robots haven't taken over yet. The employees there are people too. We all have bad days, get busy and forget things, etc. from time to time. Have a little patience and all will be well.

Ordered from Amazon, UPS delivered and didn't leave it. Said to pick it up at CVS. It wasn't at CVS, now they are saying they will deliver it on Monday. Today is Friday and they probably won't leave it again on Monday.

HORRIBLE! THEY DON'T SCAN CODES FOR RETURN LABEL TO B TAKEN CARE OF TO SEND BACK PACKAGES EVEN WHEN THEIR DEFECTIVE BUT MOST COMPANIES ONLY EMAIL U A CODE FOR UPS TO SCAN TO B ABLE TO SEND UR PACKAGES BACK TO B RETURNED!!! THIS IS SOOO WRONG CUZ WE CAN'T RETURN PACKAGES W OUT THEM SCANING THEM & THEY & COMPANIES KNOW THIS!!! THEY DON'T CARE & THE COMPANIES DON'T EITHER!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE!!

This location always does a fantastic job. Staff is friendly. Lines move fast. They take care of full shipments almost as quickly as return dropoffs.
