As always, staff was friendly and welcoming when I entered the front door. Professional in the manner of writing up my work order. Status follow up was good also, knew when to expect work to be completed for picking up my car. Service was good.

Great service. Arrived for appointment fo two cars. Les took care of writing up the order. I got a call from Les about an hour and thirty minutes later. Oil changes were done, and we were on our way.

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated but still had to wait an hour to get worked in. They did not get my center caps fastened back correctly and I lost two on the highway. $100 dollars to replace them. Definitely quantity not quality work!!

My wife had a flat tire, the manager Jason Belew, took really good care of us. He made sure to recommend a good set of tires for a good price. I highly recommend this tire discounters location. The manager is awesome.

This location is wonderful. I had a flat tire and was worried about getting a replacement in my size (it's a weird size). The store actually had them in stock, and said even if they didn't, they can get it for me quickly. They were able to get my tire replaced same day. Literal life saver!

Had a screw in my tire so I decided to take it and get my tires rotated at the same time and told them to check my TPM sensors. My light was on before I got the screw in it so better safe then sorry. I left it and received a call from them saying couldn't patch the tire because of the angle it went in and that I needed a tire 4 new TPM sensors, that they were all bad.
Let me begin by saying the screw went in at the middle of the tire at the thickest part of the tread. #8 counter sink screw.
I told him to put the older brand new spare on and declined the TPM sensor.
They called I went and picked up my Jeep to fined out all they did was put on the spare tire. They didn't even rotate the tires. On top of that my TPM sensor light went out on the way home. The spare tire has a sensor so whose full of B.S. They were trying to get me to spend over $600.00, and didn't need any of it. Taking my tire somewhere else to get patched. I wish I could post the picture of the screw in my tire. Its a head shaker.

Jason was awesome. I had a screw in my tire and had to leave town next day. I called the store and Jason said come on in ASAP and I'll take care of it. He did. I'm a happy customer!

Customer service and honesty perfected. General Manager, Jason Belew has put together a team of professionals second to none. Jason quoted tires over the phone with free alignment and oil change. I made an appointment this past Saturday for my mom’s car and dropped off the car. The car was complete within 3 hours. Jason’s leadership has made this Tire Discounter a model for all locations in the USA.

They do a great job changing out tires and doing any other maintenance needed with suspension parts. Have had two vehicles go through here for new tires and one for spring replacement. They have always been up front with the associated costs and completed the work in a timely manner. Great job guys!!
