We have been doing business with T&T Freightways for over 7 years. They always get the job done and have amazing communication with both the trucking company that hauls our items and us as the receiver. We have dealt with numerous brokers throughout the years and none compare to T&T, they never miss a beat. Do yourself a favor and don't work with this broker! T&T Freightways hired our company to haul a load out of TX from an auction site. Our driver arrived in the AM and had to load the freight himself, which isn't a standard for the flatbed industry. The loading process took hours and around 3.30 PM, when the last piece to be loaded was brought out, we realized that it won't fit on the trailer. We tried to contact T&T Freightways to get further instructions, but none of the phones numbers we could possibly find we're reachable. We called them like 50 times before offloading the truck, since we could not start rolling without the last piece. We requested a TONU from the broker the wasted time and they kept saying they need to get another truck in there to see if the product will fit before issuing a TONU. Guess what?! It's been more than a week and they keep saying the "other" truck did not make it to the pickup and they can not pay us. We will never use this broker again!

I personally have been dealing with T&T for over 5 years. We ship a lot of items in the US and Canada to and from our location. They are always readily available when needed and willing to help if an unforeseen circumstance arises. Thank you for all you guys do!
