Drew and the team there were kind and persistent in jumping through all the hoops their company threw at us. They were a little sunshine amidst the rain in the cellular phone world.”
“I recently ran my cell phone over with a lawn mower. It was severely damaged. I first went to one of the chain stores that says if I break it they can fix it. Well they couldn't and referred me to this "ship away" place that would take weeks. Unfortunately I didn't have my settings set to put recent data to the cloud so I was SOL in getting some important data from it. I then went to Mr. Phone Repair & Wireless in Florence. Ahmeen was very reassuring and said that after he takes it apart, he could tell if anything could be done. If nothing could be done, no charge. Well he was able to get to the severly damaged motherboard and make it so I could retrieve the data I needed. He did so for a nominal charge. If you think all hope is lost for your damaged cell phone, first bring it to Mr. Phone Repair & Wireless. You wont regret it. I highly recommend this local business.”

“If you go to this AT&T location, you should ask to work with Chole! She is the epitome of customer service! The company is very lucky to have her working for them and she is exactly what AT&T should strive to every team member learn from. She's a great representative for them, but not pushy. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and the entire experience felt honest and satisfying. I was truly dreading going to the store and going through the hassle of an entire day of upsales, run arounds, reading between the lines, and listening to salespeople being sales people. I was pleasantly surprised by her demeanor and ability to listen. It seemed as of she truly wanted to please me as a customer as opposed to making sales for a company. She singlehandedly brought back my faith in a company that has been on the verge of loosing me as a customer. We live in an ever changing world, and it seems companies no longer care about loyalty, length of patronage or owning mistakes and making it right. It is the way of things now and it changes how we as customers decide to do business as well. Chole reminded me of the nostalgia of "the customer is always right" and it was refreshing. Additionally she gave me the impression that she was more interested in keeping a loyal customer over time than getting a big sale at the moment. Because of this very pleasant experience provided by one employee I will continue to do business with AT&T knowing I can go to a brick and mortar and deal with someone face to face that listens and truly attempts to assist with the issues I needed addressed. “The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”

Him and Ben freed up about the same time and tag teamed getting my intermittent loss of data figured out. They both agreed my sim card was on its way out. They got me swapped to a ESIM and I was back on the road. If it was not for the line of people I would have been out the door in under 10 minutes.”

“So I stopped in this store on my way home from work to purchase a new phone for myself and to add service to an existing phone that I had for my son, as I entered I was greeted by Tommy right away. He helped in so many ways, and although he did suggest , he wasn’t just trying make the sale he also made me feel very comfortable with my purchases and answered many many many of my questions without hesitation, he had an answer, an honest one for every question that had. And boy I had a ton. Tommy was chill and laid back made me feel like I was the only person in the store and u dont really get that kind of treatment anywhere anymore. “Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”

If you want to move your BYOP-unlocked iPhone off of Tracfone over to Verizon, keeping your existing phone number, call Tracfone technical support and get a separate transfer authorization for each phone you want to move from Tracfone to Verizon, before you head over to the Victra Independence Verizon Store, and bring the Transfer Authorization Instructions with you. While you are doing this important detail yourself, you are still letting the Victra Independence store staff handle the transfer process instead of you trying to do the transfer process on your own, through Verizon’s web site, which will only lead to failure. Sam was wonderful.”
