Pharmacy line is always insanely slow. Why even have two lanes in the drive thru. Kroger, you need to hire more staff and offer better pay and do whatever it takes to serve your customers efficiently.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been a clicklist customer for years, I paid for a delivery and they said my Deli items are not in stock. I called the deli and they have plenty of the items, this is poor customer service and I am disgusted. Do not use clicklist or Kroger delivery!!

Friendly staff but the wait is crazy!!! Spent 17 minutes as the second car in line at 11 am. I have asked before but please make sure that we are NOT waiting for others to sit and have their prescriptions filled. Im not sure what else would cause that type of wait!!!

No consistency in information regarding Rxs availability for pickup. Drive through closed too often an long lines inside.

Son had a RX for amoxicillin called in. They provided only 9 of the 10 days. When I called it took about an hour to actually get an answer. They said they filled it right and wouldn't make the situation right without a new prescription.........
