Kroger Pharmacy provides outstanding, friendly, and helpful service from a knowledgeable staff. The team works rapidly to fill prescriptions correctly and often finds discounts to reduce costs. They serve a very large population of customers, which can lead to wait times, especially after school or during work hours. The pharmacy is closed for a lunch break in the early afternoon. While the location can get very busy and backed up, the staff does their best with the resources they have. They are sometimes understaffed and overworked but continue to be kind and do a great job. Customers are encouraged to be kind and patient, treating the employees as they would want to be treated.
Outstanding, friendly service. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not uncommon for staff to find discounts or options that have reduced what I pay. My prescriptions have always been filled rapidly and always correctly. Great job!

They take forever to get prescriptions ready, and even when they call/text you to let you know that your prescriptions are ready for pick up, they still tell you to wait 15-30 minutes when you go to pick them up

Friendly staff but the wait is crazy!!! Spent 17 minutes as the second car in line at 11 am. I have asked before but please make sure that we are NOT waiting for others to sit and have their prescriptions filled. Im not sure what else would cause that type of wait!!!
