I would not suggest anyone moving here. They nickel & dime you death. When they need something from you, they will hound you and even threaten to evict you if you don’t do it in their timeframe. But if you need them to fix something, you’re gonna be waiting until they’re ready to fix it. My son has not had any air-conditioning in his apartment on the third floor for three weeks now and was basically told that if there was Medical urgency or babies in the apartment they would get it fixed when they got it fixed. It currently has been in the high 90s for the past two weeks. They now ordered a new unit and said if it comes today, it’ll get put in today but Till Monday. Won’t offer any kind of discount for the extra money that has been spent out for the excessive heat in the house. The new leasing agent has been condescending and sarcastic about the issue. Just my thoughts take it ir leave it. I cannot wait until my son Can get the heck out of there. They are miserable living there and they have until May before their leases up so hopefully They can just get by until then.

this apartment complex and it's employees are a joke. they will use any excuse to get you in trouble and evict you then proceed to sue you. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! please do not live here if you want a stable life

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself the troubles, seriously. Read all the reviews & trust every single bad one. The good reviews on here are all bribery reviews for a $20 Starbucks card, DO NOT be fooled. We lived here and they really don’t care about you & it will feel like PRISON. You won’t ever feel at home. Maintenance will just show up unexpected. The office lady is rude & never will answer the phone. Doesn’t communicate well & is very hostile & also was always outside smoking cigarettes instead of being in the office attending calls or emails. I don’t ever leave reviews but I post this one with all honesty. Don’t believe me, apply at your own risk & find out for yourself. Unfortunately we had to leave and thankfully we did!! Life has been great since we left this place.

Great place to live easy access parking is available there are garages first second and third floor apartments.They let you mount your TV on the wall as long as you patch the holes when you leave.

Requesting someone from AR Community specifically this property Manager’s supervisor to contact me. The current manager is a thief and is extremely dishonest. She is never in the office, her voicemail is always full, and she is extremely rude in person if you can find her. I'm sure she is still collecting her 40 hours but she is not working. If you're looking to lease here, please head my words save yourself and RUN. You will regret it.

Wish I could leave a review with negative stars. We were charged a $145 carpet cleaning fee a month before we moved out, which was unusual but we paid it. We assumed we didn’t have to vacuum since we’d already paid someone to do it. Instead of getting a security deposit refund, we were charged $2,800 for a carpet replacement of the entire apartment. There was dog hair on the floor, but nothing that would indicate the entire unit needed the carpet replaced. Instead of contacting us, they sent the charge to a debt collection agency that same day, who has pestered us nonstop. We have no legal recourse to contest this charge so we were forced to pay it. The management is unprofessional and operates a scam business. Do not sign a lease here unless you are forced to do so by gunpoint.update: thank you for your copy and paste response to my legitimate concern about how you run your business. Make sure you read the lease before you sign it. I now see that I agreed to pay up to 3 times the cost of replacement charges, that makes me feel so much better about the quality of the services you offer! I also appreciate how your response didn’t address the fact that you sent us straight to collections the same day instead of contacting us first. Keep up the good work, love y’all!Update again: you all are about as funny as you are bad at running an apartment complex. I have left multiple voicemails weeks ago and none have been returned. You have my number, I’ll be waiting for a call and my refund check. Thank you!

The main office runner Michelle was amazing. She understood that we had a couple set backs an even moved our move in date a couple times. She worked with us through all we went through to get this place. As for the apartments themselves we absolutely love it here. I take full advantage of the fitness center and the pool. Work out the cool down with a quick dip. The price is a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall a great place to live a call home.

Maintenance issues are usually taken care of the same day. Michelle, our apartment manager responds quickly by phone or email. We have been here almost 4 years and have been very pleased with everything.
