Hair type: I have Coarse stubborn hair. A lot of it. Never falls the same way. Stylist did a great job cutting and styling my hair exactly the way l wanted it. A lot of patience was utilized. Great job!!! I love my hair. ?

Love going here. The ladies here are amazing. If you have curly or wavy hair go to Loretta. She does an amazing job. I'm always scared of my hair bouncing up to short because of the curl in it and she cut it exactly how I wanted.

Unprofessional and not helpful in resolving something that THEY messed up. The manager, Amber, ruined my hair and the franchise owner, Rohan, was very rude when I contacted cooperate!

Kelly is the best she cuts my son's hair that has Autism and is very patient with him. Two others have missed hairs on my buzz cut I never find anything wrong when she does it. I always tip her big.

Don’t go here if you have any type of texture in your hair. I went in for a deep wash and had to walk out with 3 huge knots in my head. My hair was brushed before going in and all I needed was a few rounds of shampoo to get the gel out of my hair and some conditioner. After I left the bowl I had two ladies tugging a brush through my thick hair because somehow they knotted it up during the wash. Very disappointed

WARNING.... unless you want to leave BALD do not go here! Staff is not trained well enough for a simple wash. The manager, Amber, is very unprofessional. The franchise owner, Rohan, admitted he knows nothing about hair, he's just a "business owner" his words directly. To try to rectify the situation they offered a coupon. Can't go back if you're BALD and have no hair left! Good luck if are desperate enough to go here!

Great place to get your hair cut and they have the app that allows you to know when they have an opening for you.
