Management does nothing to maintain these cheap, high-priced apartments. Fix it yourself or they charge you to fix their own appliances that are falling apart. They charge fees for everything, like the animal fee even if you don't have one, and they threaten you with lawyers over anything you don't pay, all while they totally ignore their maintenance responsibilities. They collect the money and that's it. Low integrity owners.

Just wanted to compliment the manager, Soren. I am not a resident, but in the process of looking and he has such great follow-through, a caring manner and patiently answers every question. It makes me feel like he would treat residents that same way.

Since new management has taken over its been nothing but problems for multiple people. I personally live by myself, my furnace went out over the weekend and I was given space heaters to keep my place warm. Due to having space heaters and needing to go to work, a friend came and stayed during the day so that my dog would not knock the heaters over and catch the apartment on fire. Said friend brought her two dogs over since she needed to stay all day. Maintenance has decided to state that I have someone living with me and have three dogs. Which is untrue and now I am being charged a fee for false reasons. I do not recommend living here and cannot wait for my lease to be up.

Since Dmg has taken over management it’s been nothing but problems. Raised the rent $300. They’ve cycled through 3 managers in one year. IF maintenance comes they will either make the issue worse or tell you they will be back and never come back. Maintenance will also randomly walk in whenever no notice given. No extra storage in the apartment you only get bedroom closets. If you plan on working during the winter expect to call in when it snows THEY WILL BARELY CLEAR THE PARKING LOT IF AT ALL.

I lived here when it was Eagle Creek Apartments. The transfer over to Furlong Trails has been amazing. They placed new appliances that are beautiful and easy to use. The cabinets and flooring are absolutely gorgeous and the beige walls make a comfortable environment. Not to mention, they replaced scary patios into an area where my family and I can sit and relax watching the beautiful outdoor scenery. The new playground is great and my kid loves to go there often. The remodeling has been above and beyond from what they started with. The best part though is the staff. Heather is the face of Furlong. She manages the office and is always available to call. She never ignores you and takes time to make you a priority. Jim, the maintenance guy, is always there too. He will help you that day even for tiny things. Unfortunately I had to use the after hours maintenance before, but they were above and beyond too. They were here within an hour and fixed my issue with electricity. I have never met the owner, but he has been so considerate to his residents. When Covid started and money was an issue, he gave discounts on rent to everyone. I truly recommend coming and meeting this great team of people. You will find an outstanding group of people and an amazing home.

I couldn't be happier to call Furlong Trails home. My newly renovated apartment is modern and spacious with a beautiful view of the community park and walking trails. We have a beautiful new clubhouse and exercise room with all the equipment you could ask for. I was actually able to cancel my gym membership when it opened. It's the perfect place to work out, and is available to residents 24/7. Furlong Trails is also in a convenient location and great school district. Our apartment manager, Heather is wonderful, and it is obvious that she truly cares about the work that she does. Truly a great place to call home..

Great place to live, our 2 bedroom has a washer and dryer connection but all units include a dishwasher, and new/modern appliances. Its newly renovated. My husband and I have been with the company since 2018 and were here when the previous company sold the apartment complex's to DMG rentals. DMG has done an amazing job renovating the apartments and gave the update the units and building needed for sure! Maintenance is always very friendly and helpful, our manager Heather is very nice and has really been a blessing of kindness by making sure that we are successful tenants especially through the COVID pandemic. Heather the management of the apartments makes sure our apartments are safe and goes above and beyond to make sure that her tenants have a fair experience. I'm very grateful for all the kindness, support and amazing customer service DMG and Heather has shown my husband and I. I really like how we only pay gas and electric for utilities and don't worry about water. I love my patio and for what we pay a month we get a great value. Furlong Trails is definitely worth checking out

This is mine and my husbands first apartment together and I'm so thankful that we found this place. When we moved in here we had just got married and was looking for somewhere nice, and quite and we found that living here. Heather Crosser is the landlord here and she is just great! What I like most about this place is the landlord is super friendly, and you can talk to her anytime. She is very laid back and easy to talk to. I like that if I ever need to talk to her about anything she doesn't mind that I email her to ask her questions or concerns and she always emails me back very quickly too! Also the maintenance guys are super nice and if there is any problem they are always here pretty quickly. We have lived here 11 months now and actually our lease is up after next month and we definitely will be signing another lease so we can stay here another year that's for sure!!

When I signed a lease, it was with a previous management group. Up until the last 2 months, I was very content with this lifestyle. The new owners, DMG, are implementing a lot of changes. Respectfully, they are understandable changes.HoweverThe leasing price raises, are a little high. They are having construction/renovations done to the buildings. Started right after NYE!Many of the residents work 2nd shift. When I moved here we had mostly 2nd & 3rd shift employed, living in my building. These renovations wake-up up, about 2 hours before we need to wake up.We have to go to work on less sleep. Then, the weekend is here! They make the construction, continue!Where is our new owners respect?Send the Mexicans home for the weekend, so your new owned tennants can get SOME sleep?!

Beautiful little apartments tucked back in the woods. The landlord is very nice and easy to talk to about any issues. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage space.I think my only downfall was that the walls were a little thin, but every apartment I’ve lived at has that issue.I would recommend Eagle Creek Apartments.

This is one of the worse places I have ever lived. I will have to say that after a few years the maintenance became more courteous than they were in the beginning. However the management here is horrible. In the beginning she comes off as nice, but just live there a while and need some help and you will seethe definition of unhelpful and rude. Also if you live there and do all you can, no matter how clean you leave the place they will find something to charge you for. I honestly do not see how they are still operating. Everyone is moving out because of this, trust me, I have been looking for a home and have set myself back 12 months because I could not take her anymore. I hope this place gets better.
