Manager of this branch was extremely helpful. Timely service, professional interactions, great pricing, I could go on and on. I think his name was Bill and he went above and beyond to make my experience with Ferguson one of a kind. Would absolutely recommend others to others and hope to see him again soon! Thanks to his recommendation it’s the best toilet seat I’ve ever owned.

Manager of the Ferguson Independence location is one of a kind. His customer service is impeccable, and he can fix a toilet faster than you can say "upper deck". Had the best #2 of my life after his advice on how to repair my porcelain throne. I can't remember his name exactly - I think it was Phil or Bill or something like that. Regardless, I hope he continues to get the praise he deserves.
