They deserve no stars. There is a bunch of theives that work here. Don't ship with Fedex. Had a package shipped to me from Topps. And as everyone knows sports cards have been getting stolen left and right from all postal carriers. With my package Fedex tried once to deliver it. They updated Tracking and stated they tried 3 times but customer service admitted they tried once and the second time they tried to deliver the box it was open and there was no contents inside even though tracking updates on my end showed 3 attempts. Company is a bunch of liars and theives.

Without exaggerating, I can say NOTHING has EVER been delivered on time by Fed Ex. And now, my food order has been delayed until July 5 when I’m expecting 7 guests for July 4 cookout! I wish FedEx would go out of business!

These people were great. Sheena and her boss is absolutely amazing and great communicator and we feel like they cared about getting us are products. There was a problem with the frieght company never paying the bill to ship are goods to us. She was calling them everyday and getting us update’s multiple times a day. I feel like if it wasn’t for her and her boss we would have never received are stuff. Great communication and customer service. Thank you!

Terrible service in delivery of a package

Why is it that my packages keep getting "delayed" ? When they arrive at the Independence, KY location and I receive notice delivery will be on time, suddenly there is a "delay" because the Independence facility drives the package to Georgetown, KY. Then delivery is made and sometimes that delivery is "delayed" also. I live closer to Independence than Georgetown.

The delivery driver left a door tag on their first attempt, on the second and third attempts they didnt even drive past my house. I WAS HOME ALL DAY WAITING. They never left door a tag. What a load of $#@!.

They've had my order since 3/11/22, and I've received no less than 3 different excuses on why it's not been delivered. To me, it's poor management, lazy drivers, and all around incompetence. I got lucky enough to talk to the manager. I explained to him that he will be buying my complete order ( over 300 dollars) if it's not here today. Well see. I'll update as things move or don't move.

Packages have been sitting here waiting to get delivered after fast shipping was paid for. This is unacceptable.

If you’re package comes through here and you get it on time, in one piece or at all you’re lucky. Don’t call customer service, as if you do your package status will change everyday without moving, Don’t use FedEx on purpose!!! Go UPS or USPS. I did have a nice chat with the business I ordered from and they have been having many issues too. They’re in the process of making some changes.
