Please kindly pay attention to addresses on the shipping labels. I regularly get updates saying "your package has been delivered", only to find it is at a neighbor's house. Additionally, boxes are regularly laid on their sides, so that more delicate items are crushed by heavier items in the box. I am adding a star, because I do appreciate that sometimes the boxes are heavy, and I know delivery people are under pressure.

What a joke of a company. I adopted axolotls from a very sweet lady, and we paid 2 day shipping. It's been almost a week. Unfortunately it ended up in the Independence Ky Facility that seems to be run by complete smooth brained Troglodytes.They have 'promised' to keep me and the shipper updated but have yet to contact either of us directly. The poor lady is very understably upset and I am absolutely livid. If you're going to offer a service, then you should be able to honor what you state you can provide. If you can't, don't. Complete, and total failures.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This is the worst delivery service EVER!!! My packages were supposed to be delivered by the 12th it is now the 21st!! Every day it says it’s out for delivery and then at the end of the day it says rescheduled. The package has to be signed for so I’ve missed several days of work over this!! My daughter’s birthday has already passed and she didn’t get her gift!!! I ordered things after this that were delivered UPS or USPS and they have already arrived. Now it’s saying that my package may be lost!!! I’m so over this!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never once had a package delivered on time. I wish retailers would stop using FedEx. Everything coming through Independence kentucky is at least 3 to 4 days late. What a joke.

I have been trying and trying and trying to get my nursery set delivered. Everyday they say its out for delivery then it never shows up. I've already filed a claim, I'm not sure if I can do anything else.

FedEx is the worst delivery service. My package has been rescheduled for delivery 3 times and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this kinda issue. I hate when I have something delivered from FedEx because I know there will be some sort of issue.

This place has held my chewy package for 4 days now and my animals need food and I unable to drive to get food because of a recent surgery… what are you doing over there. Smh.

Representative was very helpful. He was not very knowledgeable about receiving packages though and I had to wait quite a while. They also don't have much supplies. If you want to drop off a package there, make sure it is ready to ship with address label printed and everything.

Delivery of my package keeps getting rescheduled (on my 4th delivery date) and when I call to ask why I get no straight answer and absolutely ASSURED it will be delivered the next day (spoiler: it never is). I have no idea when my mattress will be delivered and the floor has not been a great replacement. If you can, I highly recommend avoiding this location with your packages or just using a different provider all together if you actually want your package delivered or even semi satisfactory customer service when it isn't.
