I have been renting two storage units here now for 8 months and I have had nothing but a great experience with this location. The staff have been super nice, I have had NO billing issues, I would recommend!

All i can say is the proof is in the recordings please listen and you’ll know the truth of the matter and please feel free to contact me or leave a message I also have a police report that will be uploaded shortly and more videos thank you and please be careful of who you trust in this world not everyone is who you think they're he is a wolf hiding in sheeps clothing.This is how I was treated by the manager Ed turner at Cherokee storage in independence Ky he is nothing but a thief and a liar I would recommend to never use this facility also he doesn’t put anything in the computer so he can pocket the money as you will hear if you listen to the audio I’ve uploaded to YouTube click on the link or search “Cherokee storage manager independence Ky” and “Cherokee storage manager independence Ky 2” so far there’s 2 videos with more to come basically I ruined his life by wanting to get in my storage I have priceless sentimental things that belong to my deceased mom in there I misplaced my keys so he locked my unit and refused to allow me access because he is scamming the business and pocketing the money behind the owners back and I’m not the only one he has done this to beware of this facility all monsters don’t look like monsters and never judge a book by its cover they are called con artist’s for a reason god bless and also he doesn’t believe in Jesus Christ and that there is his biggest problem pure evil demonic nonhuman monster

Extremely unprofessional business, as evident from their website. My friend was on the phone with one of the employees and was constantly yelled at and berated the entire time.
Everything from them wanting to charge an extra $230 to even threatening to sell their items at auction the next day because THEY didn't have the time for them to collect their belongings at one point.
Stay far away from this storage facility for your own sake.

Clean. Good layout. Loaded with great features like pest control, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, cameras. Has personalized codes for entry.

They are remodeled Ng and do not have the office up yet. Last door on right in front of building. All the staff was helpful and enjoyed some of my stories also.

Storage is a nice facility but the units are stacked so if you pick one that isn't on the bottom floor you have to use a crank machine to raise your stuff to the unit. The crank machine is a real work out. Save yourself and choose a floor level unit, or skip the gym membership and use the crank.
