If you're looking for a "Real Gym" this is the place for you. 24 hour facility with a great atmosphere and killer gym equipment. They've got stuff in here that I've never seen before! I've been coming here now for 2 years. This place is a second home to me.

The five stars is for Lots of equipment, clean, 24/7 access and a location super close to home. I just needed a place to help with rehab of my new knee and this fits the bill. It is not a typical gym with amenities, trainers and lots of people in and out. It's a tiny bit more expensive than the planet fitness kinds of places, but gosh the peace and location are so worth it.

Best private atmosphere and top notch equipment. A few of the Bengals train here in the off-season and there is a reason why. Super clean and professional!

I love being able to pop in for a thirty minute workout anytime of the day five minutes from the house. Great selection of equipment to use especially if you like to lift. Kept very clean at all times.

Owners and people who work the phone don’t seem to really understand the information of the gym and would not give a price for a membership as well as saying it is not open to under 18 years

Best and cleanest gym in Northern Kentucky Top of the line equipment and a great environment, Professional trainers and very affordable. Must go see for your self
