“We used Steve to troubleshoot a suspected transmission issue in our aging Honda Accord. Due to their popularity it was almost a week before they had an opening. We dropped the car off on a Thursday and received a call from Steve himself on Friday. He was extremely kind and willing to talk to us about potential solutions and estimated costs. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and Steve was very patient to answer all our questions and he even provided extra information to help us out. The gentleman at the front desk and Steve were both very kind and I plan to use them for future car issues. We paid $50 for them to troubleshoot our car which I felt was a very fair price. “I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.
