Good selection of products. The surprise for me today was finding out the 12/2 romex that I just purchased at Menards is $30 cheaper at Ace. I usually go here for quick needs. But I will now check prices and in stock before going to any other hardware store

Very disappointing. The store is dirty and not stocked. The teenage employees seem to be getting paid for social time rather than working. I’m sure if there was a worthwhile manager there to oversee them, the store could have been cleaned and stock and customers (me) would have gotten the help they were seeking instead of being blatantly ignored.

Took 3 window frames in to have screens replaced and 1 new build. I had no idea the time frame of this but was told it could take up to 2 weeks and the guy would call me when they were done. The next day I got a phone call saying they were ready to be picked up. The quality is fantastic and now the front of my house has all new screens. I can't remember the guy's name but he was very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you
