Cat and the rest of the staff has been great!!! For months I tried to find the perfect wedding band and they were so kind and patient while I kept coming in after looking other places multipletimes. Even when Cat was not there the other sales associates took the time to help reassure me that I was not bothering them and helped me try on several rings to find the perfect one. I came back because the level of service I got was beyond what I was expecting and absolutely beyond what I received from other jewelry stores!!! Thank you!

After visiting four stores, we ended up making a last minute stop in Jared’s to find a wedding band for myself. I hadn’t had much luck in getting real one on one personal interaction in seeing my options and feeling like I was in search of my wedding band. We worked with Elias and he was BEYOND expectation for what we had planned to walk into. He made sure to give myself and my fiancé a wonderful time and made ring shopping so much more enjoyable. We ended up leaving happy and with a beautiful ring picked out. Couldn’t suggest a better place to go!

Cat is always so wonderful when I come in for my 6 month appointments and in between when I need repairs. She remembers me and is personable. The gentleman who greets me at the door to sign in each time is also very welcoming and genuine.

Elias, Jackie, and Michael were all so helpful in the process of my fiancé and I picking out our engagement ring. We loved it and never felt pressured while looking. Jackie helped us pick the right engagement ring for us and it is beautiful. I get so many compliments.
Elias and Michael really helped after our proposal with sizing my ring as my fingers are difficult to size and they were so helpful in giving me tips and advice for my beautiful ring. I am so happy with my service there. My fiance and I will be picking out our wedding bands there as well! Thank you all so much for a great experience!

Elias and Yuliya have both been of amazing help to us. My fiancée and I first came to this Jared location back in 2021 just looking at engagement rings. I believe Yuliya was there to help us pick out the diamond and the ring setting for my fiancée. She was very helpful and took all the things that my fiancée wanted into account when showing us the diamond and ring settings. She helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring and it has gotten a ton of compliments from people ever since she’s started wearing it after our engagement.
We have been back quite often to the store since then not just to clean her rings, but to also look at wedding bands. Elias and Yuliya have both helped us at different times when we were in the store with trying out different types of wedding bands and have been very helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. Finally, after a little over a year of looking and trying to find the perfect band, we finally got our wedding bands. I highly recommend them both to help with the process of selecting your engagement rings or wedding bands because they are both super awesome! Thank you Elias and Yuliya for both of your help, we really appreciate it!

My boyfriend and I went engagement ring shopping to Shane Co. and did not have a great experience, so we decided to go check out Jared and we had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Elias was our associate and he was so personal and easy to work with. We told him our budget and what we liked and he got us exactly what we wanted and we had so much fun doing so!
