Staff was great! When I called to reschedule due to being sick, they answered and rescheduled me right away, no problem. I'm a bit of a mess when it comes to needles, but they were wonderful, funny, and made me feel comfortable during the experience.

I haven't been yet . Been to a lot of drug testing places, from the 10 reviews they currently have, I'm not going!

The place seemed very unsanitary. They had the patient place a urine sample in a plastic bin that had paper towels on the bottom of it that had urine on it. The person who intended to do a blood draw on me, had blood stains on the disposable lab coat they were wearing. As I pointed it out, the person proceeded to look by grabbing the sleeve with the blood stains with the gloves they had on, and then with the same gloves that touched the blood on the disposable lab coat, touched my arms. The person thanked me for letting them know about the blood but never changed the coat, gloves, or sanitized. I felt very uneasy, and left before the blood draw.

No call, no show. Getting labs for life insurance. I have had to reschedule three times for them. Then they don’t show up or answer their phone. If you value your time avoid this place.

The in-office appointment was quick, easy and great. I'd choose that if you need something done - no complaints at all. Staff was friendly, appointment was at 10am and I was out by 10:35.On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend the at-home visit option. Like other reviewers, the nurse was supposed to arrive at 9:30am. No called, no showed. She called and texted at about 1pm later that day saying "something came up." She offered to come at 3pm. I decided to reschedule for an appointment in the office for the following day.I understand things come up, but if you can't be professional enough to send a quick text to let the person know you can't make it, then you're not reliable enough to be poking people with needles or handling important lab work.I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so not a huge deal for me personally from a schedule standpoint, even though I did lose two mornings of work basically. But most people don't have that luxury. People take time off work or rearrange schedules to make things like this practical. Take care of your patients/clients or just stop offering this service altogether.

No call and no show. I’m a busy person. My time is valuable. Here I sit after changing up all of my plans to accommodate my home appointment and no one has called or showed up. The past reviews should have given me a pretty good idea this would happen. Unprofessional, sloppy service & extremely disrespectful of my time. If this is how they handle their appointment schedule, I can only imagine the care and attention to detail that they give my labs. I’ll be reaching out to the company who referred me to them.

Terrible at scheduling and business in general. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My husband and I have had two scheduled medical exams for a life insurance policy with Exam One. Fasting labs and days of preparation are involved in this. The first time the nurse no-call no-showed, leaving us waiting for hours thinking maybe she was still coming. There is no way to reach the company if this happens, as the office is closed on weekends. The second time the nurse at least cancelled the morning of, but still we had already done all of the prep work for the exam. Not professional demeanor at all.

AVOID! This company no showed a confirmed medical exam for life insurance at my residence. No excuse, no apology just an hour wasted of my wife and I's time. Told AIG to change companies or lose our policy.

Very unprofessional staff. My experience with this company has been terrible. As an insurance agent, I find it disappointing that they are not able to provide the appropriate forms. There has been countless times that the wrong forms have been completed and then we have had to go back to the client to revise their work. This has caused the underwriting process to be extended several weeks. Additionally, we have experienced several times where the staff has not showed up to the client appointment and has made it very inconvenient for our clients. I will not use them again. Instead of helping the agency, they are making the work very inefficient with their low quality controls and customer service.
