Very bad customer service.They are very rude.They act like your customers are nobody.I will not send my worst enemy to hopkinsville's post office

It’s a shame how lazy our postal workers are. Had a packaged marked as delivered left at door/front porch of a business on friday the 21st 5:50pm yet the packages wasn’t actually delivered until Wednesday the 26th. I was in the building g until 8pm and the mailman never came to the store.

I have been calling for 3 hours straight and no one is answering the phone! My package was taken back to post office for no reason at all and now I'm suppose to pick it up and I'm out of town! Not cool
