I waited a few days to write this review because I was so upset. I made an appointment over a month ago for my MOH and myself, for my wedding. Emma was scheduled to do our formal up-dos and my formal/event makeup. I called a few wks before tonsee if they would have another designer/stylist/artist available for 2 more. They said no, so it was just the 2 of us. 45 mins before my appointment for my Wedding hair and makeup Ulta called and Emma had called in and no other stylist would be coming in. THIS WAS MY WEDDING DAY AND THEY KNEW BEFORE HAND IT WAS A WEDDING! I was unable to get my hair and makeup done anywhere else on such short notice. No one should have to experience that on their wedding. Both my MOH and only straighten our hair and didn't know how to do anything fancy. Makeup wasn't the end of the world but there is no do over. My next complaint is headed to corporate.

I can only say good things about my recent interactions, especially with the hair salon! Emma and Dana are exceptional. Emma fixed my roots, and we've discussed hair options. And, Dana absolutely fixed my mom's hair better than anyone in at least 25 years! She worked with the irregular hair growths rather than fight them. I watched her give my mom a meticulous cut. Mom has had more compliments than she has in years. Kudos to these great stylists! Also, I believe a manager helped me pick out a guilty pleasure- lipstick. She saw my undertones. Noticed my preferences and recommended Julia's! AWESOME! Thank you TD! I believe that's your name!?

I always came here to buy product. But yesterday I went to get baby lights in my hair. I didn't have the courage because I thought my hair would turn out horrible. Shout out to Emma for hearing me and my concerns and talking to me about what I want. After she was done with my hair I wanted to cry tears of joy. She did an amazing job and I felt so beautiful coming out of her chair. I will be going back for a gloss from her.

I’ve been going to Makayla in the salon for a year to two and she’s fantastic!! She knows exactly what she’s doing, her skills are top-tier, and she gives the best advice! Not to mention she just makes you feel at home and like y’all are best friends the whole time you’re there!

The service is hit or miss but they are always out of stock on the makeup I purchase from their Ulta Beauty collection. A cashier placed an online order for me once, but my blush came in broken and I’m hesitant to order again.

Absolutely love your store happiest place any girl can go and as a local guide I have reviewed my share of places not bragging but actually in the top 10% of beauty reviewers in our region and compared to the way the lady at Sephora inside of Kohl's acted I would be writing the Dollar Tree for makeup over Sephora just for the girls attitude Ulta has been my go-to place I would recommend it and I go there on a regular basis

First Time Going to Hopkinsville ky Ulta i had Emma do my hair she did a Great job! Makayla was Also So Friendly and very Sweet!! My only issue was the lady that was cashing me out she was Rued and not Friendly at all she had glasses on it was on a Thursday 12-7 Wish i would have asked her name

Probably never shopping through Ulta again. Employee vaguely said I could get a free gift and 20% off if I'm just "pre-approved". The 20% will only be valid if you use your temporary card and the gift was lame. I didn't know they were going to give me a whole card. Will be canceling as soon as I get it. That was kind of predatory and I didn't appreciate that at all.
