Not sure when the last time I was so violated by a place of business. Trashy bait and switch tactics. They told me there were TWO Platinum Siennas on the lot. I get down there ready to buy and they say whoops sorry they gone but hey let's order one for you. lol no thanks.. I gave them my info on the phone and they hit my credit TWICE made my credit score go down. Insult to injury.

My mother and father are both disability and on fixed incomes. Both are kind of what I would say illiterate. They go to Toyota in hopkinsville looking at cars. The salesman talked with them about cars. They found one they like he made them a deal they pay 600 a month for 3-6 months and they would drop the payments down to 300. Here were are 6 months in they won't drop they payments. Come to ind out these people have now taken out 2-3 loans that my parents no nothing about. It seems like no one out there is willing to give any of us straight answers. We are getting lawyers but people should know what's happening

Let's talk about the good the bad and the ugly. The good - Michael Ostrawski - good salesman, not pushy, and explains the prices very well. The pricing was very reasonable and he is straight forward, which I appreciate in a person. He is also a veteran so I encourage other veterans to support him in his business. The bad and the ugly is the dealership sending those stupid lotery scratch tickets to clients thinking people are suckers. With no prize behind it but 2 bucks.

McQuinton was a hell of a salesperson. From the time I walked in till the time I drove off into the sunset with my new TRD Camry. Highly recommend Toyota of Hopkinsville.

I shopped four different Toyota dealers and received the best price and extras at Toyota of Hopkinsville! They fully explained the vehicle technology and safety sense 3.0 system and their tutorial was so helpful.

Snagged a 2024 Tundra at Toyota of Hopkinsville and lived to tell the tale – because, let's be honest, buying a car is stressful. Brad, the GM, was a real mensch till the end, Randy (sweet hat) was salt of the earth, and Brad #2 (floor manager) was the sequel that didn’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to purchase the wife’s Toyota SUV.

I visited Toyota of Hopkinsville 11/20/2023. The salesman, Michael Ostrawski, was helpful in a test drive and ordering my vehicle because they didn't have any in stock. I put down earnest money to secure the car. He contacted me a few times over the next month about no progress in getting the car to the build phase or getting it from another place, then silence for nearly 2 months. I resorted to going to Nashville where they had me in my exact car in a month at $6000 cheaper. 2 stars for upfront patience and helpfulness. Maybe a ploy to pocket earnest money? At least I saved money in the end.

Just went up there to look at a rav4 Toyota suggested retail was 36000 they mark it up to $42, 900 I called the Nashville Toyota dealership and for the leather package which is an upgrade to this was 38000 and they would work with me on that that was MSRP on that vehicle
