I have always loved the service and people here. The new owners are wonderful and their prices are fair. I love the home town feel and personal service of a place that gets to know you as a person and not just a prescription number. Thanks Town and Country!!

This use to be an amazing place to go to, Jim & Diane were the most friendless people around and their prices were great! But all good things come to an end after 40 years of them having town & country they decided to retire ?!Now when they left they said that they picked a couple that would keep things the same & the price would stay the same.. well that was not the case here, so my medicine would run me $12 something with in the 2 ND month the price jumped to $17.65 then the very next month it jumped to $21.95? like wow no notice of a price change just bam ..you can imagine the surprise when driving from Clarksville to pick them up and finding out that they raised the prices that much..it's not like they raised them a $1 or something smh...I feel bad for all the older people that have been using them for 30 or 40 years and if they are paying out of pocket and are on a fixed income and their prescriptions jump that high...well y'all lost my business oh and they are not friendly what so ever trying to get Rich fast on the good people of that town shame on y'all!!!

The customer service is 5 star. I have needed bday gifts for kids lately and I drove up to the drive thru window to be greeted with a smile. They literally ask what u need and bring options to the drive up window!!! It’s awesome. I get to pick from a variety of unique, top sellers and then they wrap it better than any wrapping I have seen. The service is truly phenomenal. I am a pilot car driver. I had just delivered a bridge section about 100 yards away from your pharmacy. Needing a safe place to wait on the other pilot car driver I chose your parking lot to do so. You weren't very busy so I saw no harm in taking up a parking spot for 15-20 minutes. A lady came out and said they had been robbed a couple of times, and the police were keeping a close eye on them. First off I am not a thief, and for you to treat me like one was very rude. I am not a rude person either so I told the lady I would find somewhere else to park. I feel very sorry for the folks in this area if this is how you treat them.

this is probsably the RUDDEST person i have ever spoken to. Would not give his name and hung up on 2x's. If he is the owner, very very sad and DOESN'T deserve to be a "friendly" home town pharmacy. It's really sad when you lose your ins and are trying to find a lower price on the medication you've been taking and because HE doesn't know you( how would he if you've been going where your last ins said to go) he talks to you like your a POS and then hangs up. Pretty sad, for a "friendly home town pharmacy" All I can say id KARMA

Absolutely the best people! 5 Stars, Highly recommend. The only place in Hoptown we will get our prescriptions filled. They have the cutest stuff in the shop. If you purchase a gift, it will come out of the store looking like a gift! She is a professional wrapper! I love the candy selection as well.

They are extremely rude on the phone and just hang up on people and they have no idea of the laws for HIPPA would not recommend coming here
